Obviously, the the ice-maker is a desired feature, when it is 90F outside. The ice maker does not work. I called Best but three times, yesterday I was switched between five (5!) representatives. The call lasted two hours, and the last representative disconnected. Yes, we are in COVID emergency, with employees working in social distancing mode. However, the poor knowledge and rudeness are not justified!

DOORS DON'T CHILL AS MUCH AS OTHER AREAS BUT I BELIEVE THIS IS NORMAL. THE REFRIGERATOR COMPLETELY DIED LESS THAN A MONTH OUTSIDE THE PURCHASED DATE. SO IF YOU BUY THIS ONE, BE SURE TO BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY BUT THEY DO NOT REPAIR QUICKLY AT ALL. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG APPLIANCE. THEY NEED TO STICK WITH PHONES AND TVs

It is very spacious inside considering how slim it looks from the outside. The ice machine is practically silent. It was ready to use within about 3 hours and fill with our groceries.
