Water leaked from underneath after the water was hooked up. Not leaking from the connection, but from somewhere inside. And, the water dispenser dripped. And it dispensed ice “very” slowly. Best Buy offered to bring me a new one, but I was a little scared of the model at this point so decided to swap it out for an LG. Waiting for the exchange to happen today.

Purchase date is correct cannot give any opinion until I actually receive the appliance pending for August 14, 2022. I have received billing and sent first payment. I will actually have two billing cycles before the item gets delivered. I will wait to rate delivery and appliance

There is not space to tell what all has happened. The latest is I spent over 3 hrs. over the internet trying to find the right refrigerator. We found one and was emailed they were coming but not what was shown to me. Someone changed it to one that would not fit. I called and said don't come it would not fit. Where the one that was found was lost. I asked for someone who knew what he was doing, to come and see what we were trying to do. One person came but he only looked at the space and I did not here from anyone after that. I'm stuck with one that cost me several hundred more that didn't fit. The one that was picked was lost. As looked at your latest add there is one that would fit, I think, is WRF560SMHZ, but I'll never know.

I have owned this fridge for a whopping 5 months now and it DOES NOT DISPENSE ICE ANYMORE! It makes ice just fine but will not dispense let alone even try. Samsung says that there’s no service available in my area.

Failed Just After Warranty Expired

Bought this unit one year and two months ago. It stopped cooling either side last night. Requested service through the Samsung website and they can't get anyone out for a week! Called other local repair services with no luck up to this point. One stated they stopped servicing Samsung due to not being able to get parts. So, we are out of warranty, out of a refrigerator for at least a week, and done with Samsung appliances.

I've only had this unit for a couple of weeks and it is operating the way it should. I do like the finish as it does hide fingerprints much better than other stainless finishes.

Less than 3 months after purchase, a power outage occurred. Refrigerator would not turn back on. All other appliances worked fine. Flipped breaker on and of several times, even though breaker wasn't the issue. Had to undo levelers in front to pull unit out. That isn't an easy process. Plugged unit into a different outlet, but still no power. This is the weekend before Thanksgiving. Refrigerator is loaded. 4 days before earliest service call! If you have a problem, Samsung is the not the manufacturer that you want to have to deal with!

Bought this unit off of showroom floor. Definitely used and returned for some reason! No problem with that but nothing was cleaned inside. Leftover cheese vegetables and liquids delivered with unit! Would of given more stars if clean.

Bought this refrigerator 6 months ago and the ice maker is already broken. Doesnt make very much ice at all if it does work.

Well I loved this refrigerator at first, but 6 months after i purchased it, both the refrigerator and freezer stopped cooling. I have now been without a refrigerator for over three weeks and the Samsung repair people have been out twice so far attempting to fix it. They tell me now that the condenser is shot and will take another week with multiple visits to repair. This is the second appliance I have purchased from Samsung that I have had issues within the last few years.

Google samsung refrigerators before you buy. I didnt and a so sorry I didnt. Its not even 2 years old and broken. We lost so much food. Doesnt cool properly. Leaked like a flash flood all over my house. Known problems without solutions. Class action lawsuits. Poor customer service. Stay clear of samsung.

Bought brand new Samsung refrigerator and It stop working after 5 months. The repair appointment from Samsung manufacturer warranty is more than 2 weeks. We don't have any refrigerator during the next 2 weeks. Poor us! I will never buy any Samsung appliance in future.

Plastic left on bottom of both doors. Very hard to remove.
