Black Stainless is Amazing, Fridge works great

In the future, please do not advertise that you are able to install new dedicated waterlines when that is not the case. I am seriously considering turning all of you into the Better Business Bureau.

Shiny Object Not Worth The Money And The Hassle

Samsung replaced Ice Maker Motor 07/25. Dispensed ice for 7 days. Scheduled 2nd appointment on 08/02, tech will arrive 08/10. Less than 30 days of installation I am on my second appointment. In addition to this, the freezer over overfreezes. I replaced a Stainless Steel French door Samsung which had the same ice maker issue and freezing. I had high hopes for this one considering the reviews. Sigh... I cannot return as it is past BB return policy. Shiny object that's not worth the money and the hassle.

Series of problems. They deliver the wrong refrigerator four times. Now I have to wait 2 and 1/2 months to get the right one. After going into the store to reorder it.

Definitely a design flaw! Took me forever the figure out how I was getting dents on the edge of my fridge door!

I've had it since October 29th it was dropped off to my home. I had to call best buy several times regarding issues with my delivery and installation. Refrigerator was also damaged upon delivery.
