Overall love the fridge. Counter depth design adds space to room, but does take a little from capacity but we forget about things less because they aren’t pushed to the back. Design is modern and has a relatively good price point. I like it integrates with SmartThings. Overall quiet and good choice. Room for improvement: More shelves and a deli drawer. Shelves are static, which for the most part I like because you never have them at the right height anyways. Having some variation in height or allowing a deli drawer in an area where short things would be helpful Dispenser - No catch for water, but rarely have an issue but crushed ice goes all over. Bottom drawers waste space because they are too tall. Maybe reduce to 2/3rd the height. SmartThings doesn’t show actual temp, just set temp but can set up automation to get notified if they go over (naming is weird though, so it might take a few times ton determine which to monitor). I would buy again but still looking for a full size deli drawer and maybe an add a shelf.

Fits perfectly well in my kitchen design. Sleek counter depth design. Adequate refrigerator storage space. Performance is good. The water and ice dispenser on door is very useful to have. Elegant stainless steel design.

This refrigerator looks great inside and out, and has plenty of room. It is also very quiet and was placed very easily in the space within the kitchen

Great fridge. We really like the counter depth. is smooth and fits perfectly and still holds a lot of items. This is our second version of this fridge (did non counter depth first) and like t the same!

I was looking for a smaller counter depth refrigerator with an ice maker/ water dispenser and this refrigerator fits the requirements. It has a power cool mode for when the refrigerator is open longer or there are large temperature changes to help get the temperature back to its set point. Also beeps if you leave the doors open too long to remind you to close them and save cooling costs. Very nice design stainless steel. It is magnetic so you can use magnets on the outside with no issues. As a bonus it is Wi - Fi enabled and uses Bixby to change settings. I honestly have not played around with these features just yet, but it is a nice bonus. Overall, it works well and looks well. I am satisfied with my purchase :)

happy with it though the crushed ice dispenser is a little sloppy. Replaced a french door refrig ( in garage now)) because we hated taking out everything in that freezer drawer at the bottom just to find the one package that was invariably at the bottom of the bottom. Who is the sadist that convinced us all that digging through a freezer on our knees is a good thing?!?

This fridge is excellent! I have an odd dimensional space in my kitchen due to several renovations that made getting old things out and new things in difficult but this fridge fit perfectly and was simple to move in. It is not as deep as my old one but it surprisingly has more internal room. It is also more energy efficient and is easier to adjust the temperature with precision. I shopped around but BestBuy had the best price and was very fast in delivering. I’m very happy with this fridge and the whole purchasing experience!

My old fridge was white and died and so I finally got to upgrade to what I've wanted for years. I love the looks of this as I wanted black stainless because my kitchen cupboards are white. It really looks nice. However, while this wasn't cheap, it is cheaply made. The drawers don't function properly, and in fact the little flap cover for the bottom drawer in the freezer already snapped off. The ice/water is a joke. The cube ice comes out partially crushed, and you can't hold a glass/cup under the dispenser and push the lever to fill a glass with water, as the tube the water comes out is to forward, misses the glass and goes down the front of the fridge. Very poor design. The best thing about this is the color and size as I needed counter depth. I didn't have much to choose from that was available asap, as I bought this during pandemic time. I say, spend a little more and get one that doesn't have cheap parts and un thought out functionality.

We absolutely love our new Samsung refrigerator. Perfect fit for a smaller space. We previously purchased one in the black stainless steel finish for another property in NJ and found it to be an excellent and stylish choice. Best Buy delivery and install was fantastic.

Smart looking fridge ,ice maker a little loud but makes ice fast. Good amount of room for food but would be better with a meat drawer in middle of fridge. Good value.

So far i have had the fridge for just over a week. I love the counter depth size and the sleek look of having no protruding door handles! The fingerprint resistant finish is another nice touch! The led lighting inside is great and the space is plentiful! The only bad thing i have to say at this point is that there is no light on the outside ice/water dispenser...that is kind of a bummer but not the end of the world. Definitely a great overall value so far!

The fridge is great. Ice machine is okay. It needs a light under the water.

Love this refrigerator it makes no noise only when ice container is filling but that does not bother me at all. It is beautiful and gives sufficient space for two people in the house. It got its freezer temperature setting 0 grades Fahrenheit about in four hours and the refrigerator 37 grades Fahrenheit about in six hours. Still trying to figure out how to manage temperature settings. When I try it gives me Ap lecture so I would have to down load an App to manage the temperature.

This side by side refrigerator was great! The issue that I had with it, was it was not the item that I bought. However, ovarall it had a ton of space, great spacing in between shelfs, and kept ice frozen even while the cup sat in the fridge. It was great! One con (for us) was the size. It is HUGE!

Love the fact that we now have more space in the kitchen as this refrigerator does not stick out as far as our old one. The old refrigerator was 3 cubic feet larger, but the layout in the Samsung seems to hold more and everything is easier to access. The only negative I found is the water may splash out on the floor if you use a kiddie size glass with the water dispenser. Need to activate the dispenser with your hand and hold the glass directly under the nozzle with small glasses. Refrigerator is very quiet.

I bought this to replace my old 10 year one... the fridge came on time, the installation was smooth. like everyone said, the ice maker is a bit slow and noisy... i am guessing if everything, icemaker will be the first to break.. hopefully when that does, it will be still under the warranty... other than that.. it's a good, basic and functional fridge that does not have all the bells and whistlers but it also means it's not prong to break (finger cross).. personally i don't need a high tech fridge just one that will last me another 10 year before replacement.

I bought this Samsung fridge specifically because it was less deep than most other similar models and fit perfectly into my new kitchen. This model offers all the features you expect in a modern refrigerator and I am generally satisfied, except for the rather insufficient built in ice maker. We are a two person household with a rather moderate consumption of ice cubes - but on a hot day, making ice for a few drinks, I constantly run out of ice and have to wait for over 24 hours for the ice maker to fill up again. After researching this problem online, I have found that there are lots of unhappy Samsung customers out there with serious complaints about their ice makers. Definitely needs improvement.
