I bought this unit to replace an old kenmore, and boy what a difference. It has great technology aside from the fact that it works amazing keeping everything very cold. It’s sleek (no handles) look also makes it look very unique for a countersunk unit. And I must say that the alert For the doors staying open is a plus. It alerts me through my phone or TVs when my small kid may leave the door open. Way to go Samsung. Excellent product. It has all the features we need. No complaints here.

Overall this has been a good refrigerator. It’s not as wide my previous one, which I was aware of when I bought it, but it made it through the door easy enough. It feels smaller than my older one, it it’s longer so you get more space vertically in both the freezer and refrigerator. Overall so far the price was worth it, and the only thing that remains is waiting to see how long it lasts.

I was looking for a counter depth refrigerator that doesn’t stick out and also has a decent amount of space inside. This one definitely ticks both my needs.

I buy and restore homes and use this fridge in many of my properties. It's a great fridge. It always looks clean and the storage is great. For a counter depth fridge this is definitely my GOTO as it blends in most any kitchen and kitchens that are tight on space this one makes them feel big without the clunky large standard fridge. Also the lack of handles is nice too to keep that clean look.

I have issues with my advance water line install right now but the fridge is pretty and cooled down fast and 2 weeks in seems to be all that I expected. I did see complaints about shelves not being adjustable which seems to be true but the height works just fine for my needs. I loved the ice maker on the door and hope it works once my water line is installed. My only head scratcher was that the fridge cost $200 bucks more than a bigger size fridge but what do I know?

The fridge itself was good, very quiet and functional! However, there was water leak when I used the water dispenser the very first day. The installation people came back and said a water tube was broken new, and they are going to replace a new fridge in January. Hope nothing wrong with the new one! In all, very nice and sleek fridge.

Bought this as an extra refrigerator in our basement and it was a great addition for the price. Plenty of space on both fridge and freezer sides.

The refrigerator so far has worked well. It arrived on time and in good condition. I had to spend time removing the plastic shipping wrap from the door seams. The only problem I have is when dispensing water, it tends to splash or miss small glasses entirely. I gave it four stars due to the water dispenser.

It's hard to find a cool looking counter depth fridge that doesn't break the bank...this is looks beautiful and didn't hurt the old wallet too much!

We bought it for our basement next to the drybar. The fridge works quietly and great. It looks very handsome too. Priced very reasonable.

FIT PERFECTLY INTO THE KITCHEN WITH THE COUNTER DEPTH AND DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB OF REFRIGERATION AND FREEZING. THE SETTING FOR THE REFRIGERATOR NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED OTHERWISE IT CAN FREEZE ITEMS. LOVE THE DOUBLE DOORS. JUST WISH IT HAD A PLACE FOR ITEMS LIKE BUTTER DISH. THE TWO BOTTOM DRAWERS ARE FINE BUT THE LOWEST ONE TENDS TO GET STUCK. OVERALL, A VERY GOOD VALUE.

sleek and wonderful, just wish it were a tad bit quieter when the ice is making its way down. But beautiful all around and easy to clean/keep clean. Keeps food fresh remarkably long and has more space than it appears to. Love the hideaway shelf way on the bottom of the fridge door (you could miss it)

Nice size for counter depth refrigerator. Only complaint is the ice maker is very small

Keeps things cold. Very sleek and modern. Would prefer chopped ice function was a bit more uniform, but this is not a game changer

Replaced Samsung refridgerator which stopped making ice & freezing after 21 yrs. Found smaller Samsung version making it easier for a senior to access interior & replace water filter. Quiet running, only noise is when ice drops into ice maker bin in door. Extremely pleased with this model for a smaller space.

Love this fridge. Its sleek, and although it’s counter-depth, it’s larger than you’d think. Can fit a whole bunch of groceries and items in it. I also love that you can get water from the dispenser while the doors are open, and the minute you stop requesting ice— no more comes out. I’ve had refrigerators in the past that wouldn’t allow water to dispense when someone had a door open. Pulling your glass away after getting ice and not having additional ice hit the floor is nice….

Spacious. However good that is not in the drawer in the fridge side will freeze and ice over

Counter depth is a refreshing change. Surprisingly spacious and so much easier to see everything. Wish the trays were movable but it works.

The refrigerator just fit the room in my kitchen and works well. The delivery technicians didn’t install it when they found there was a little leak with my waterline valve. I gotta have a handyman to replace the waterline. When the service technicians came to install the fridge later they told me the old waterline was ok to use. So I was confused. Anyway I think Best buy service is pretty good.
