I needed a counter depth refrigerator for my space, so this fits and looks great. The fingerprint resistant steel is great! I like the idea of handle-less doors, but it's weird on the freezer side. The space inside is pretty well utilized (better in the fridge than the freezer).

Unit is well built and of high quality. Happy with performance so far. We would have liked to have a third drawer and more ice capacity but we knew those things when we bought it. I looked to see if one could order a third drawer and I could not find such an item. We downsized from a larger 27 cubic foot model so some inconvenience was expected.

Excellent design! I prefer a side by side since you can put freezer items on shelves rather than stuffed into one compartment as in the bottom freezer models. This fridge/freezer is a pleasure to use and it has a Holiday mode which is very convenient.

Size is perfect! The quietest fridge ever. Ice maker big enough for large yeti!!!

I have had to buy 3 refrigerators over the last 10 years and this one by far has been the best one. Ice dispenser is big and easy to use. Keeps foods at the right temp and built with intentionality as space is perfect.

This is the absolute best fridge, great looking and tons of space.

The first one they sent me died over night. Samsung told me I had to wait 10 days before they could send out a repair person. When I said that was too long, they told me they would not reimburse me for all the food that I lost. That was after spending hours chatting bc it was a Sunday. Called Best Buy, they said they would have one out in a few days, great. NOT, 15 days later, and countless calls to corporate, I had my new fridge. Mario the manager told me, when I first came to the store, "what do you except, you would get the same issues at Lowe's or HD". I will never buy another Samsung product again, or shop at Best Buy. The only reason I replaced the broken one with a Samsung, was because I was told I could get it in a few days. Just bought a new TV, would have gotten a Samsung, but no, they will never get my business again. Always have had a Samsung phone, but now I am a convert. I will only buy Apple. That is how poorly I was treated. As for the fridge, the ice bucket is in the door, therefore extremely small. The external water dispenser does not have a light. It does tend to make noises, not talking about the ice maker. And now every time I hear a noise, I think it is going to die again. Do yourself a favor, stay away.

I’ve only had the Samsung fridge about 2 weeks, delivery, setup and take away was very professional. The fridge came up to temperature within a couple hours of plug in. The booklet said it could take up to 24. It’s done well ever since

We replaced our 2 source RV with this fridge. It's just the right size to fit in a 4-door RV fridge compartment. Instead of taking 6 hours to get cold with the RV unit, it now takes 1 hour. The fingerprint resistant surface still shows fingerprints but not as many and come off a lot easier.

First off, I am not a fan of big bulky refrigerators sticking out in the kitchen. So, I am a believer in counter depth... Then, Samsung comes with an original idea to eliminate the handles sticking out even further! This really streamlines the look of your kitchen not to mention make it easier to get through the door without removing stuff! Bravo!

Adjusted fridge section temp as some vegetables were showing ice. Very quiet running. Great lighting. Do not use ice maker. So far so good.

Love this extremely quiet and sleek looking refrigerator. Holds temperature really well in both sections. We really the "no smudge marks" panels for easy maintenance. Bought it based on research and Best Buy advice on various options. Store was extremely customer friendly and delivery and installation was pretty seamless.

We have had a minor issue of the touch interface switching between water and ice, but other than that the refrigerator works great and is plenty spacious for a family of 4.

Love the counter depth option, it fits our space perfectly. The only issue is that it is missing one of the bins in the freezer, i have called Samsung three times and they've sent me three different bins but none of them fit. They can't seem to figure it out. I pretty much give up at this point and will just use it without the bin.

Great product. Simple to work. Each shelf has its own air supply. Slim, counter depth with no handles is what i needed.

I have had this refrigerator for a few weeks now and it looks and works great. Plenty of space inside and on the door. The ice maker is a little slower nut the ice cubes it makes are larger in size so they last longer. I am really pleased with this purchase so far.

Overall a good fridge. Fit perfectly into the kitchen. The ice maker is amazing and we really enjoyed the water dispenser. It has a smart feature which lets you know if the fridge has been left opened. Good enough storage space for a household of two. If you need more space, a larger one is definitely recommended
