Fits like a glove. Quiet, plenty of room inside and choice of crushed, cubed or just nice cold water to drink is awesome. Samsung customer serivce is GREAT will buy their products when ever I can.

I love the look of this refrigerator. It's very clean and linear, but lacks features. The in door water dispenser is somewhat oddly placed as it's almost out too far. When getting a glass of water, the dispenser almost misses the cup when pushing it against the activation pad. Web connectivity is nice, but not needed.

I'm enjoying my new refrigerator. This is my first through-the-door ice and water dispenser and I like it that there is a water filter built-in. The refrigerator compartment was set to 37 degrees by default, but that freezes water is some areas. I needed to bump it up to 39 degrees to avoid that. The control is a little confusing to operate until you get used to it. The manual is not clear about the details. The compartments on the door are deep enough to store plenty of drinks. It is very quiet. It would be nice to have a little more space allocated to the refrigerator instead of the freezer.

Great refrigerator for the price. Had lots of space and since it doesn't have handles is very slim and opens more without worrying about hitting the wall.

Very nice fridge. Looks great, has plenty of room inside to store food, and is easy to setup. The smart feature (compatible with Samsung SmartThings) allows you to see and set the temperature from your phone and get notifications about the door being left open (there is also an audible alarm from the fridge itself if you leave it open). Within the Samsung SmartThings app there is also a place to manually record the expiration dates of food you place in the fridge. I haven't used this feature yet but I believe it would send you a notification if food is about to expire.

The salesperson was great and has been very responsive all the times I’ve had to call. The first delivery team barely looked before saying I needed a contractor to come out first. Second delivery team was awesome and worked hard to make it right. Scheduling was crazy: showed up twice four hours early, luckily I was home. Another time they called on their way, hadn’t informed me of appointment and I wasn’t home. The last tune an hour early, I wasn’t gone so they came later. Scheduling needs work!

Works great and is a good value . Not much more you can ask for given the price. Counter top depth is a plus while still having adequate storage .

Ice cubes are perfect! Looks great in my kitchen, just the right depth for my counter. It’s fingerprint-free surface is a real time-saver. Highly recommended if you are in the market for a new ref.

Overall I'm happy with the product. The temperatures seem inconsistent at times. I will have the fridge set at 37 degrees and the thermometer will show 33 degrees at various points when the fridge has been closed for 1 hour. The same test will reveal 41 degrees or so an hour later. The freezer is on the small side, don't expect to put things like frozen pizza in there. The depth and design are excellent, though.

The fridge tends to get a lot of fingerprints But otherwise we love the fridge because it is counterdepth and does not take up a lot of space in our small kitchen

Bought this counter depth model to replace an old GE full size and very happy so far. It’s actually very roomy and the top shelf can fit my ice tea pitcher because of the flat top whereas the old one had weird curves to house the filter and who knows what else. This has “all around” cooling, so certain areas are not warmer or cooler than others… very even temps throughout in both the refrigerator and freezer sections. Love the flat no handle look and dark stainless finish, but wish the water/ice dispenser was lit.

This is a great fridge. The fridge is spacious and also great looking.

You'll love this fridge! Tons of space in both the fridge and freezer, and the water/ice dispenser works great! We had an older model of this one, and the ice used to jam up. Not in this one!

Solid,nice looking unit. Works fine. Spacious, counter depth. No base to water and ice unit which it weird. Need to soak up spillage.

This refrigerator is for a flip house we are doing. We love using counter depth fridges and this one was in our budget. It fits nicely in the space and looks great.
