Simple and perfectly executed engineering. Many understated but stylish features. Very easy to access and view the interior inventory. Best Buy is an incredible source for all things appliance. Most people do not know all the advantages of buying your best choice with BB. Product, price, delivery team, extended warranty options/plan/price and the awesome and knowledgeable people selling you (no pressure). I'm still smiling long after the sale and installation.

We liked the sleek design and were only disappointed that there are few shelving options. However, we discovered that the doors extend beyond the width of the unit when opened to 90 degrees. This didn’t work for our space, so we returned it. Thankfully, that was no hassle at Best Buy.

However, first the ice maker worked and the water didn't. Then I got the water to work and it's been leaking every day. Not sure what to do this point.

Many times when you see a pool of water (or one that froze into a sheet of ice), it can often be attributed to condensation or a spill you didn't notice. Tons of Room for a Side by Side

The price was so incredible.. ! Love that it has a sleek looking water feature on the outside ( some are clunky looking) and I love that the inside seems double of my old side by side. Only one issue: there should be a meat compartment drawer. Something for meat or cold cuts when you get back from the grocery store but don't want to freeze and don't want to cook the meat yet. Otherwise, this is a 10.

I was amazed as the teamwork and system they had on the install, very smooth. Also were very polite and courteous in presenting options to me.
