Love this fridge, exchanged a whirlpool French door for this model. It's kept all my food cold, freezer area freezes, the water and ice external dispenser works great. Last thing, you can control the temperature for both refrigerator and freezer via the app which is awesome. only thing people may see as a negative is that there is no light for the external ice water dispenser but it doesn't bother me.

This refrigerator is nice. It is perfect for what I need.

So far I like my refrigerator. The only thing I cannot get to work is the Smartthings app but that is not a big deal.

Last minute fridge purchase and it fits well in our space. Very happy with the purchase. It didn’t take long to get over the “no handles” thing and it actually makes our smallish kitchen feel like it has a bit more room. WiFi and associated app features are executed decently. Pretty much all it does is tell me when the door is left open, which hasn’t been a problem yet.

I like the fridge but the figure print resistance is not actually what it is.

Liked my old French door, but could not get anyone to fix it. This side by side makes it easier to see what’s in both sides. Quick to make ice for all my drinks and during a hot summer that’s important. No one wanted to use the bottom shelves so that became my portion of the refrigerator.

finger prints wipe if with a wet sponge- no special cleaners needed. Very quiet, and cost effective

We had purchased almost the exact same one for our previous home and loved it, love this one as well.

So far, we love this fridge. It’s fairly basic but miles beyond what we had. It looks great in the black stainless steel and getting notifications on our Samsung TV about the door being left open has proven especially helpful. Took a few efforts to get the app to register the fridge but since it did, it’s been smooth sailing. Excellent looking and performing.

Pros We liked the simple design and it fit well in our kitchen. There seemed to be a good amount of storage for a counter-depth fridge. Cons Unfortunately it stopped cooling after 11 days. The freezer is currently 67 degrees and the fridge says its 37, but that is definitely incorrect as a thermometer test says its 55. We also found that the fingerprint proof didnt hold true, the packaging was terrible because plastic wrap gets stuck between metal sheet pieces and is extremely hard to get out, and the natural tendency for the doors once opened is to keep opening further which gets annoying to have to hold them in place while searching the fridge. The nice thing is that it broke within the 15 day return window. Will not be going with Samsung this time.

Great appliance, no complaints. Easy to open, doors don’t get stuck if you need to open it repeatedly, and looks sleek.

It is difficult to find counter depth refrigerators right now due to delays. This is a nice model and a very reasonable price.

Great lighting and space. More custom drawers and spacing would be ideal but a great buy.

I bought this refrigerator online and it is much better than I expected. It is counter depth and fits perfectly in my small kitchen.
