Great refrigerator and great service from Best Buy in delivering and installing it!

This is a nice looking counter-depth refrigerator. The quality is great. My only problem is the thick doors on this unit. It costs more for the counter-depth feature but in order to open the doors properly, it sticks out way beyond the refrigerator opening. If you aren't concerned about the depth, this is a good buy.

I the refrigerator for a year now and it looks and works great. The things I would change are no light when using the water and no catch if the water leaks or overflows. Also having to turn off the water to the frig to change the filter is a pain. I know about the first two issues when i purchased the product the filter I learned about later.

very sleek and great looking fridge counter depth

Replaced my non functioning older refrigerator with the Samsung counter depth model from Best Buy. Delivery people were quick, profession and knowledgeable. I was concerned that it would not hold the amount of food the old standard depth did. I was 100% wrong. It holds more. I’m a very happy customer.

So far, so good, I like it, one con it’s doesn’t have light in water section. That all so far I can tell about it.

I absolutely love this fridge more than my last. I do however wish it was a little deeper as the shelves seem kinda small especially trying to pack it for a family of 8

Nice size, love the cabinet depth! Makes the kitchen appear larger.

The counter top depth was perfect for a tight kitchen/bar area. The side-by-side doors allowed clear opening even in a badly architected small kitchen. Features were perfect for the need with ice maker and variable crisper drawers. Storage space is not noticeably different and adequate for almost all my refrigerated items.
