Very nice refrigerator and great for the price. You can't go wrong with Samsung.

The first one they sent me died over night. Samsung told me I had to wait 10 days before they could send out a repair person. When I said that was too long, they told me they would not reimburse me for all the food that I lost. That was after spending hours chatting bc it was a Sunday. Called Best Buy, they said they would have one out in a few days, great. NOT, 15 days later, and countless calls to corporate, I had my new fridge. Mario the manager told me, when I first came to the store, "what do you except, you would get the same issues at Lowe's or HD". I will never buy another Samsung product again, or shop at Best Buy. The only reason I replaced the broken one with a Samsung, was because I was told I could get it in a few days. Just bought a new TV, would have gotten a Samsung, but no, they will never get my business again. Always have had a Samsung phone, but now I am a convert. I will only buy Apple. That is how poorly I was treated. As for the fridge, the ice bucket is in the door, therefore extremely small. The external water dispenser does not have a light. It does tend to make noises, not talking about the ice maker. And now every time I hear a noise, I think it is going to die again. Do yourself a favor, stay away.

Very happy with this refrigerator. It is quiet, spacious, and is very sleek looking. I wish it had a light next to the water dispenser, but overall I’m very pleased.
