I’ve owned this for a year now. The ice maker broke within two weeks of purchasing. They replaced the maker but it constantly freezes up and gets a build up of frost inside which makes it completely unusable. You have to remove the ice bin, remove all accumulated frost and ice from the edges and then put the ice bin back. Requires this cleaning weekly. Plus anything on the lower shelves of the refrigerator freezes. Even after adjusting the temperature up food still freezes. I do not recommend this refrigerator at all.

I understand you're having an issue with the ice maker as the first one stopped working within 2 weeks of purchasing and the new one is still not working properly because the ice maker freezes up and gets a build-up of frost inside. Even though they have the same measurements. The water/ice area is a nice size, I just wish that the water dispensed was cold. While the refridge is beautiful to look at, it does dent easily.
