Had to purchase because it fitted in the cabinet or I would have to modify my cabinets. I previously had a GE. Whirlpool and Ge are on the same level. They really haven’t upgraded or modified as Samsung . and LG . The complaint I have with GE and Whirlpool is their shelf’s and pull out a. They are not up to standards. Should be made better and fitted better. Too many compartments taking up space in fridge.

I like the finish - no prints type. I like the icemaker and dispenser - easy to use and handy. I like the way the shelves are organized in both freezer and refrigerator compartments. Kitchen remodel in progress so no photos are accessible yet.

It would be nice if I could review it. It was finally to be delivered yesterday, but had to call Best Buy to find out why it wasn’t! Said delivery person filed not delivered with no reason why & no one contacted me.

I have had the fridge for three months and would not recommend to anyone. Water doesn’t like up with glass when you try to use filtered water. So it either sprays everywhere or you have to hold glass and press water dispenser with your hand. Also, ice dispenser is horrible. It constantly jams and rarely dispenses ice. You have to take it out manually. Plus, I had to wait six months for delivery. Horrible fridge and horrible delivery time

Let's just say we will never purchase an "open box" item from Best Buy again. It was completely misrepresented. The discounted price was definitely not worth the damage. Listed as "satisfactory" condition, so we expected a few scratches... but it is so full of dings and dents (right in the front too), that we never would've purchased this fridge if we had seen it beforehand (which we couldn't do as it was wrapped).
We could've bought a used fridge for half of what we paid, and in much better condition.
This is a terribly deceitful practice.
It was WAY too much trouble to return it as we had to hire an appliance moving company to pick it up (not super cheap), so we just kept it.
The fridge is working fine. For now.
Disappointing and frustrating experience all around. Actually, I doubt we would ever buy something from Best Buy again.

Bad fridge. Poor service and lies from Samsung

Everything gets frozen in vegetable section. Called Samsung, tech came out, said sensor was bad but could not fix it as he did not have parts. And after this visit, he actually broke the refrigerator and all food were spoiled. Samsung would not reimburse for food that went bad even though on initial phone call, they said not to worry as they will reimburse everything. Tech came out second time, replaced parts and said everything was fixed. But nothing was fixed and back to square one and everything in vegetable drawers get frozen again. Will never buy Samsung again. If you are reading this review, DO NOT BUY.

I have had a horrible experience with Best Buy the tech is the worst as well. Stay away from best buy and their appliances. My mom needs a new refrigerator and stove and its only has been 2 years. This refrigerators freezer part froze all of her food and it has to go in the garage. A waste of food and money . Stay away best buy is the worst company to ever buy any appliances from.

My new refrigerator is beautiful. My only complaint is that you should say on the website what is included in installation. I thought the water line would be installed.

The freezer section of this refrigerator does not seal, and everytime you close the refrigerator section, the freezer section bounces open and doesn’t reseal. Samsung would not replace my refrigerator—they believe in planned obsoletion.
