I never thought I would love having a side-by-side fridge, but this one is pretty great! Lots of fridge and freezer space. The drawers in both compartments are deep and very spacious. The stainless steel is really stainless! We have a small house, so while the cubic feet of this fridge is greater than that of our last fridge, the counter depth makes a huge difference. Our kitchen actually feels roomier. The only mark I'd have to take off is that our fridge came with the smallest dent on the front of the fridge. Not sure if that happened upon delivery or if quality control missed it? It's really hard to take a photo of a small dent on stainless steel, but in the attached photo, you can see how a straight line of reflected light becomes slightly distorted where the dent is. Other than that, everything is working great and we love it!

We’ve had this fridge for almost a year now. We haven’t had any problems. I waited a while purposely just to make sure. The only complaints I have are not as much lighting inside or any at all at the water/ice maker area and the ice machine is slow to make ice. If your having a party of more than 3 people having drinks with ice you’ll have a problem. Other than that a great product. We live all of our Samsung products.

This fridge is spacious inside, but not too big in the outside. It fits perfectly in our small space and we are happy with the product's quality.

Very good product for the price. It worth what you pay. Good quality, works fine. Good size too. Don’t need more than that for a small family. I do recommend!

I absolutely love my fridge. I purchased this fridge in April 2025 And I hsve enjoyed it every since. The only thing I truly had to get use to is the shelf spacing. The top shelf isn’t down low enough to actually place a 2 liter bottle upright. I must say it was upsetting, not being able to stand the bottle upright. I will provide a pic showing what I am referring to. Otherwise, I love it.

This is the perfect side by side fridge! Right size and the unique hidden handle doors are so modern and stylish. Great no problem I’ve maker gives out cubes so no frozen up shuts. Bright lighting on the inside shelves. And very happy with the price and deal plus delivery from Best Buy!

This refrigerator/freezer checks almost all of the things I was looking for with sadly one terrible exception - a $5 LED light for the in door ice and water dispenser

Love this refrigerator! Replaced a 13 yr old huge fridge with this smaller streamlined counter depth fridge. Looks modern and great and has plenty of space for our needs.

I recently renovated my kitchen and my old fridge was a standard size, I was looking for that sleek built in look on my next fridge and found this beauty, I went with the counter depth version and let me tell you, I’m not disappointed at all, don’t think about it too much if what you are looking for is a efficiently fridge without compromising the nice look!

I love my new refrigerator. I like that there no handles an the alarm goes if the doors are open to long. The only thing I don’t like it don’t make ice fast enough for me but overall a great buy.

This was a fantastic and beautiful fridge for my small space in the kitchen, until the compressor went out 13 months after purchase, and my freezer thawed everything in it. I had the Best Buy Extended warranty (thankfully) and their guy diagnosed the compressor which was supposed to be covered by Samsung for 5 years after purchase. However dealing with Samsung was not easy. 15+ calls, chats and countless emails/texts later, they had no replacement option, only a refund. Then after I agreed to a full refund, they texted me they could only offer a partial refund! Even full refund does not cover lost food, new delivery/install cost, or haul away of old fridge. Samsung downgraded the refund to a smaller amount because they said they needed "proof it was a compressor problem" which the Best Buy Tech provided them on the phone while doing the service call. I had to argue my points to several Samsung reps. Many hours of my time and effort and 2 weeks later with no working fridge (if you get rid of the non working one before they refund you-you are default on the agreement and refund is cancelled), Samsung refunded the fridge. Now I have to find another brand and pay all the extras that come with it (install/delivery/haul away/new extended warranty- which is apparently a necessity with modern appliances). Nightmare, cannot recommend this fridge or Samsung appliances. Best Buy was great, I highly recommend their extended warranty.
