I love this refrigerator. It has beautiful lighting. The ice maker works well. The side trays are deep for oversized bottles and cartons. It is counter depth which is great for my small kitchen.

Scheduling and delivery was easy to set up. Technician was polite and professional during installation. Arrived in good condition. Refrigerator works great.

This fridge is great, love the simple and sleek design. This is my second one. The first one is at my previous house, in black stainless. Counter depth. Easy to clean

The only Con to this unit is that you need to purchase shims from another company made for refrigerators. Our floor is completely level but the unit, due to safety standards, is canted backwards so it won’t fall forward. That’s great for a free standing unit but not necessary for counter depth unit that slide into cabinet. Samsung should make that option available. See photo I posted. I have to trim cabinet.

I’ve had the fridge over a year now It has ample space and looks fine on the outside. If the refrigerator had a better designed water dispenser I’d be giving it a much higher rating but this design just sucks! The water dispenser is TERRIBLE!! I have to be super vigilant because it’s so common for water to get all over the floor. The water comes out too far from the fridge to be able to just hold a regular sized glass there. It sprays beyond the edge of the glass, so I have to hold my hand behind the glass (I can’t just press the glass against the panel on the fridge. If I do that the water misses the glass). so I have to either have my fingers all the way around the glass so my fingers are pressing on the pad, or I have to use two hands, one to press the pad and the other to hold the glass out enough so the water will actually make it into the glass. It’s amazing how stressful that one poor design can make everyday life! Any time I have company I have to watch to make sure that they don’t accidentally spray water everywhere or end up with a stream down the front of the fridge and a big puddle on the floor. I have a friend who has this same fridge and she hates it too. Actually after writing this I’m changing from two stars to one. That’s how irritating this is. Oh, and when I had to buy new filters I went through the Samsung website. They sent me the wrong filters TWICE (even though I contacted them to make sure I ordered the right one!) and then had to wait several weeks to get them because they were back ordered. I wish I’d bought a different fridge.

It’s ok. Ice maker is slow. Shelving is good. Nice drawer.

I love this refrigerator! If you leave the door open long enough it beeps to let you know it’s open. Perfect for our house! Best of all it was delivered, installed, and they even took our old frig away for us!
