Worst refrigerator. Freezes food on refrigerated side. Stopped making ice consistently after 5 months. I’ve had 5 service calls and they have not been able to fix it. Samsung refuses to give me a refund. I got a defective refrigerator and instead of making it right they keep setting up service calls. Repair men keep telling me that’s they way this refrigerator works. Pictures of frozen eggs and spinach. Picture of all ice it made in 24 hr period.

This is a gorgeous refrigerator!!! It works perfectly. It was delivered without a scratch. It was reasonably priced. I could not be happier. Samsung has been my personal favorite for televisions for years and now refrigerators as well. Read some bad reviews, but my experience has been perfect. Highly recommended.

This refrigerator's compressor broke down in less than 3 months. Multiple Techs (from both Bestbuy Geek and Samsung) identified different problems - first motherborad, now the compressor. After the breakdown, almost 2 weeks having passed, this refrigerator is left unfixed. The time to fix is still left unknown. Each time the tech came, I have to ask for time off. It is not only wasting money but also wasting client precious time even within the warrantee period. Please make the technology mature before commercializing the product. The warrantee service is also very bad because it took too long (more than 2 weeks) to fix. Both manufacture and seller are not willing to exchange the product even in front of serious breakdown on this major part. I do not suggest the others to purchase this product

Bought this open box rated excellent and it is so far!! The only thing wrong with it was no manual, they are online so no big deal, and there are 2 small scratches on the side but they are up against a wall and not visable. Buying open box saved a lot of money!! One other small item, you have to push real hard to get ice.

My original choice of fridge got cancelled and I’m so glad it did as I then chose this one. I love it. Love the color too!

The refrigerator water & ice dispenser was not properly design. Therefore, it makes it difficult to get water or ice within spilling the water as well as the ice all over the place. There is not receptacle included to collect the water and ice spilled. There was a freezer’s drawer missing and we have been trying to get it but Best Buy is not helping.

Bought a whole kitchen of samsung appliances over $5000.00 had it delivered. To check the refrigerator would of had to unwrap plastic and take off all lumber and styrofoam, you could see through the plastic and looked good all of this was going in a new home that was not ready yet and had to store this for awhile Behind one of front corners of styrofoam was a dent. not covered now I'm stuck with buying a new door skin and installing myself.

This super quiet refrigerator is built energy efficient. The Samsung SmartThings allows you to control the temperature remotely, can tell you if the doors open, and will keep track of the food. Unfortunately, however, it won't close the doors for you. Due to size restrictions, I needed the smallest refrigerator to fit in the space. So the no exterior handles sticking out shortened the depth making for a smooth presentation. It's also the smallest refrigerator that will dispense water and ice. The small collection tray does drip water, but a small towel or sponge will accommodate the spillage. LED lighting means never having to buy another refrigerator light bulb again, making this refrigerator super energy efficient. While the shelving is removable, the spacing is fixed. The secondary market provides efficient storage solutions. Samsung has a reputation for quality products, which is the reason why I chose this product.

Had the fridge for over a month and really like it. Very clean streamline look. Really like not having handles. Have plenty of room inside. Door bins are huge and hold lots of stuff. Plenty of height between shelves. Veggie/Fruit bins are plenty big. Freezer has solid shelves, not grates which I really appreciate so stuff does not fall in-between the grates. Fridge/Freezer controls are on the inside Fridge wall. Very nice not having the controls on the outside and accidently setting the temp. Ice bin hold plenty of ice, we never ran out during a party. Ice deliver is a touch slow, but really no big deal. Yes there is no light on the ice maker and we do not miss it at all. The simple easy water/ice controls are just so nice. Fridge runs super super quiet. You will hear when the water is put into the ice tray and when the ice tray releases the ice, but again nothing any different than any other fridge. Highly recommend this fridge. Counter depth hold plenty of stuff.

I buy and restore homes and use this fridge in many of my properties. It's a great fridge. It always looks clean and the storage is great. For a counter depth fridge this is definitely my GOTO as it blends in most any kitchen and kitchens that are tight on space this one makes them feel big without the clunky large standard fridge. Also the lack of handles is nice too to keep that clean look.

I love that this is counter depth, also the fact no handles on the outside doors. I thought it would be a bright stainless, but actually not, worked well with shiny black appliances. I love the all around cool inside the unit, does keep everything at the right temp. I love all the glass surfaces and the fact the ice maker is in the door not on the top shelf of the refrigerator. Gives you more room to store your items in the freezer. I love all the side compartments in the refrigerator, you can put a lot of condiments or soda's or water, milk etc., all up and down in the door. Plus, the filter is in the front right bottom of the refrigerator easy to get to and change. When you first get the unit you have to dump about 2 gallons of water to flush the system for the water line. I noticed it drips on the tray; so you might want to keep a paper towel handy on the tray. Crushes ice nicely and gives you cubes when you go back and forth. Doesn't make noise when running, you will here the ice drop as it makes it though, still not too loud. Overall I am happy with this refrigerator.

Had a few reservations after reading previous reviews. Have had this fridge for three weeks now and absolutely no complaints. It's quiet, the temp. stays constant and it looks great. Plenty of inside room with the counter top depth model. No problem with finger prints and the Samsung sticker on the front easily came off with soap and warm water. Only complaint is it should have a light at the water/ice dispenser but that's minor.

Runs quietly & efficiently; only disappointments rest with the lack of lighting when dispensing water/ice and there is no dedicated butter shelf with a flip top door. Otherwise pleased with its performance and size for 2 persons.
