I got the counter depth option to replace an old white fridge that came with my house. It’s soooo pretty, and the no handle design is great in my narrow kitchen. Finally everything is matching stainless! Although a little smaller, this thing holds a lot! I read other people complain that the door water drips. I had this issue and called Samsung in a panic. They instructed me to dispense 2 to 3 gallons of water to get rid of the water bubble in the new water line causing the drip. Off I went, watered a bunch of plant, and voila! Worked like a charm. No more drips. The bottom crisper drawer is kind of small because the filter is there. No big deal, I use that one for lunch meats and cheese. It’s true there’s no light in the water dispenser but it’s honestly not a deal breaker. The water tastes great and the little ice cubes are darling. The shelves aren’t adjustable, but they’re so well spaced, they don’t need to be. Overall it’s beautiful, spacious, and does everything I need it to quietly. No regrets.

Overall love the fridge. Counter depth design adds space to room, but does take a little from capacity but we forget about things less because they aren’t pushed to the back. Design is modern and has a relatively good price point. I like it integrates with SmartThings. Overall quiet and good choice. Room for improvement: More shelves and a deli drawer. Shelves are static, which for the most part I like because you never have them at the right height anyways. Having some variation in height or allowing a deli drawer in an area where short things would be helpful Dispenser - No catch for water, but rarely have an issue but crushed ice goes all over. Bottom drawers waste space because they are too tall. Maybe reduce to 2/3rd the height. SmartThings doesn’t show actual temp, just set temp but can set up automation to get notified if they go over (naming is weird though, so it might take a few times ton determine which to monitor). I would buy again but still looking for a full size deli drawer and maybe an add a shelf.

This is a great fridge! Has a ton of room, shelves are a good space apart and the led lighting on the inside is great! The only couple negatives we’ve seen so far are : The ice maker is pretty slow to make ice and slow to dispense. It took almost 2 days to fill completely. We’ve had some food and drinks on the middle two shelves toward the back freeze. I turned the fridge up to 44 and try to not put produce at the back and it seems better. The stainless steel does show finger prints, but wipes off very easily. Overall, it’s very nice!

Very nice fridge. Looks great, has plenty of room inside to store food, and is easy to setup. The smart feature (compatible with Samsung SmartThings) allows you to see and set the temperature from your phone and get notifications about the door being left open (there is also an audible alarm from the fridge itself if you leave it open). Within the Samsung SmartThings app there is also a place to manually record the expiration dates of food you place in the fridge. I haven't used this feature yet but I believe it would send you a notification if food is about to expire.

The counter-depth design is perfect for smaller spaces, offering a built-in appearance without sacrificing too much storage.

I was looking for a smaller counter depth refrigerator with an ice maker/ water dispenser and this refrigerator fits the requirements. It has a power cool mode for when the refrigerator is open longer or there are large temperature changes to help get the temperature back to its set point. Also beeps if you leave the doors open too long to remind you to close them and save cooling costs. Very nice design stainless steel. It is magnetic so you can use magnets on the outside with no issues. As a bonus it is Wi - Fi enabled and uses Bixby to change settings. I honestly have not played around with these features just yet, but it is a nice bonus. Overall, it works well and looks well. I am satisfied with my purchase :)

Fits perfectly in my small townhome sized space and looks beautiful. Nicely matches with my other stainless appliances. Counter height is a perfect fit. I like the clean look with no door handles. There’s adequate space on the inside, lots of shelves and useful door storage and has a really clean look and is well organized. It’s easy to setup but the SmartThings connectivity usefulness is limited. It does let you know if the door is left ajar and you can easily monitor the refrigerator and freezer temperatures and make changes as needed. The ice maker has a small capacity so if there’s more than two people who use ice often it may struggle to keep up. But the door mounted ice maker allows more organized freezer space. The in door ice and water dispenser functions well but it is difficult to get the cup just in the right spot. In my experience, It doesn’t drip like other reviewers have reported. The refrigerator maintains a consistent temperature. It does make some strange noises but that may just be because my place is a small townhome. Overall, it’s a good value. It’s perfect for a family of two or three with average storage needs. I would recommend. Good quality and performs as I expected. Best Buy delivery was on time, quick and painless.

Love the fact that we now have more space in the kitchen as this refrigerator does not stick out as far as our old one. The old refrigerator was 3 cubic feet larger, but the layout in the Samsung seems to hold more and everything is easier to access. The only negative I found is the water may splash out on the floor if you use a kiddie size glass with the water dispenser. Need to activate the dispenser with your hand and hold the glass directly under the nozzle with small glasses. Refrigerator is very quiet.

Very nice refrigerator...nice amount of room for a counter depth. I bought this to replace a builder-supplied GE profile fridge that was nice and functional but just too noisy even after several motor replacements...this Samsung fridge is super quiet! I like not having the handles...just something else to clean. I would make a suggestion to offer a small (meats) drawer as that's the only thing I really miss.

The best refrigerator. Very spacious and I love the smudge free stainless steel Wasy to keep clean.

Overall this has been a good refrigerator. It’s not as wide my previous one, which I was aware of when I bought it, but it made it through the door easy enough. It feels smaller than my older one, it it’s longer so you get more space vertically in both the freezer and refrigerator. Overall so far the price was worth it, and the only thing that remains is waiting to see how long it lasts.

Best Counter-Depth fridge ever! With the integrated handles, this unit is a true-counter depth unit! With my house, the space between the island and the fridge is extremely tight, so having a standard-depth fridge, or even a counter-depth with handles would not have worked. This fridge fits perfectly! Runs quietly, and works perfect for my needs as single person. Could accommodate a couple for sure - more than that and you may need more space.

He arrived right on time they were very courteous. They put the refrigerator right in place for me and made sure everything was working correctly so appreciated there promptness.

Love this fridge, exchanged a whirlpool French door for this model. It's kept all my food cold, freezer area freezes, the water and ice external dispenser works great. Last thing, you can control the temperature for both refrigerator and freezer via the app which is awesome. only thing people may see as a negative is that there is no light for the external ice water dispenser but it doesn't bother me.

First of all looks great. Very sleek. When I bought this i expected to have to plug it in and let it run for 24 hours to get it to proper temp but it only took about 3 hours to get freezer to 0 degrees and fridge to 36 degrees. It's very very quiet. When I plugged it in I didn't think it was working and was disappointed for just a minute but that's just how quite it is and again this refrigerator just looks good. Very happy I chose this Samsung refrigerator. Also it has a 10 year compressor warranty.

This is a great fridge for a small kitchen. Counter depth can vary wildly from manufacturer to manufacturer. This one sticks out about 1-1/2 inches from a standard cupboard. Love the ice maker and water. It’s very roomy. Not sure it needs WiFi though. All it does is let you turn the icemaker on and off and adjust the temps remotely. I do t know if I’ve ever been on vacation and thought … did I leave the ice maker on?

I like the size, appearance, and functionality. i recommended.

We have had this about a month now. The refrigerator is running very well. The only item that I can say is the icemaker is a little loud. The refrigerator seems well balanced, and is keeping items code. I would buy this again.

We love our new refrigerator. Looks very nice in our kitchen. Ice maker works great and we love the built-in handles, stainless steel finish, all around cooling and the bottom drawer has a separate temperature control. Best Buy has the best price too. We are very satisfied!
