Literally plastic parts broke off and were served. Warranty is only 12 Months for anything other the compressor. Looks like some of the ice grinding parts are made of plastic. Also if you intend to buy check out the drawers or lack of drawers. I did not notice until we got it but only two bottom drawers nothing in the middle

We've had it for about a month so we can truly say now what we think of it. It's a smart fridge so we set it up with our phones on the app and it will let us know when the fridge door is left open which is nice. The room and coolness in the fridge are great and I love the smart touch controls right inside the fridge. We are very pleased with our new appliance! :)
