I gotta say I love this thing! I have an old Mac G4 that's over ten years old that keeps on going and I have no problems with it so far. In contrast, my old bulky 16" Sony monitor was heavy and took up too much room on my table. Glad to get rid of it! Couldn't believe how light this new one was when I first took it out of the box. For me, the colors on this new monitor stands out and since I do illustrations, this works great for me. I'm glad I bought it when I did now that the costs are coming down. I haven't plugged it in my new Macbook yet. Should be interesting to see how it does with that. I would recommend this monitor. Compared with the price for an Apple monitor, this was a great deal.

This monitor is beautiful, picture is crisp and clear and looks great too. One thing I noticed was this monitor turns on extremely fast, compared to my accer it took like 10 seconds to show the picture with this its instant, I know its not a big deal but I thought it was a plus :) The response time is very nice. Overall this is a fantastic monitor and I would highly recommend it to anyone, esspecially if you play games. Samsung is a high quality brand, I own other Samsung devices and and there nothing but superior.

Make sure to get maximum usage of such a purchase that your computer is not just VGA but has a cable outlet for DVI to fully realize the money you are paying for any monitor of this grade or you are wasting money except for a larger picture, unless thinking of a future upgrade of computer tower with DVI plug and capable graphic/sound card to fully utilize this technology, a salesperson forgets.

Checked with PC World's rating of Top 10 Monitors. Found this one ranked at #4. Should be #1. Samsung has come a long ways in their product line. Go into a Best Buy or similar store and check out the TVs and/or monitors. You can spot the Samsungs from a distance. Picture quality & clarity stand out from 20 feet away. Highly recommend this unit.

This monitor is amazing. It is huge, has hd capabilities and more importantly is hdcp compatible since I just bought a graphcis card. It has tons of luster so it attracts fingerprints easily. other than that it is great. The picture is great and clear. I would definitely recommend this product. Even the price is alright for a screen this big.

I went and bought the 19" yesterday took it home and wasnt really pleased with it. So i exchanged it for the 22" and wow what a difference a couple inches makes. This monitor is beautiful and bring outs vibrant amazing colors perfect for gaming. Also when you buy this monitor add a high res widescreen wallpaper and youll be amazed at how real it looks. Buy this

Brought the monitor home and after installing a video board hooked it up and installed the driver. Everything went great, I am running it at maximum resolution and it is clear and bright. The controls on the bottom are clearly marked and easy to figure out.

The monitor is a nice upgrade from a CRT monitor. I have not tried games on it, but for internet use, the monitor is acceptable. On widescreen movies, the black bars at the top and bottom of the screen are not a true black. It is a gradiant of black to lighter black from the movie to the edge of the monitor. when changing scenes in a movie a pincushion change of light breaks through the black, but the change is noticeable for only a brief second. I have not attempted any gaming with the monitor, but I will be sure to try that test soon.

I bought this couple days ago and this screen looked great right out of the box. It comes with few software where you can calibrate the screen as well. It also comes with DVI cable so if you're planning to go with DVI,,,you won't have to fork out another $20 or so just to buy the cables.

This is my ideal monitor, not too big, not too small. Widescreen, too. I can play games on a large scale and edit my films with much more to see on the screen. It really helps when viewing a project. Also, video looks stunning. Fullscreen playback is amazing.

I bought 12 of these for work andnot one of them has had a problem. None of the users including myself have reported any complaints. Great product. I am buying another for myself at home today.

Fabulous response time, dazzling color, reasonably priced,light in weight, doesn't take up much room. Wonderful for gaming. Have it paired with A Velocity computer for World of Warcraft/Spore play. Love this monitor!

This is the best purchase I have made in a long time. Well worth the money.I now have my very own home theatre in my bedroom. Very easy to set up. Very clear picture. Awesome!!!

This is a great monitor for anyone whether they are gaming, watching DvDs', or simply working on a spreadsheet. Its colors really stand out and the display is crisp and clear. Samsung is truly the right choice when it comes to LCD Monitors. I have 3 of them in my house and have yet to find a single problem wrong with any of them.

I bought this monitor in Best Buy Puerto Rico. Greate perfomance monitor, for me the best for its price.

I bought this for a dual display set up with my macbook. The monitor out of the book was so horridly bright i could barely look at it. After an hour or so of adjusting the picture was much better but i did notice that it seemed the white and gray points were so far off. Everything looked like it has white cutting into it and it really cut down on the darker fonts and images during web surfing. I read all the user reviews and i dont know if its not just sitting well with the mac but in any case i will be back at best buy today looking at other options.

Just too cool. I love mine. Great nice big and bright.

Samsung has the best contrast that I have seen yet.
