Terrible leaks everywhere.....geek squad just claims the ice maker isn’t set right. At least 5 times they have came to my house, now my hardwood floors are ruined.....terrible product.

Once a year the freezer drain clogs, freezes, and then overflows ice into the bottom of the freezer. It's kind of a pain to unclog and it has damaged our floor and the ceiling on the level below. Best Buy came out and fixed it three times while it was still covered under Geek Squad -- we were told every time they came out that it would never happen again and not to worry about it because it they had fixed it. Other than that, it's been fine.

Why do you have such a big box, only allow 50 char

This refrigerator quit working with in 2 weeks of being delivered and set up by Best Buy. Have had a terrible time trying to get it fixed.

Do not waste your money. There in no upper drawer for meat and cheese.It is so dark inside that you need a flashlight to see the contents.There is not enough room inside and the icemaker is loud.

Easily the least expensive dual evaporator refrigerator, a feature which isolate fridge and freezer, keeping veggies fresher and reducing freezer burn. Measured fridge temps were very consistent throughout. Ice maker appears to be a new, compact design that works (all the ice goes into the glass, none onto the floor) Tall space next to ice maker is perfect for big frozen pizzas. Unit is extremely beautiful for a budget fridge. Stupendous value at a little over a grand on sale.

This is a nice fridge but it dents VERY easy. This dented twice within a month just by moving it and leaning my knee on it. So be very careful. Also the LED lighting on the inside is too dim. Also, there seems to be a very slight buzz sound it makes. Its no big deal but I find it strange.

This refrigerator stopped working in the middle of the night with in two weeks of installation. All the food spoiled. It took 5 days to get a replacement delivered. I purchased this refrigerator as a gift for my son. I am so disappointed in the purchase and the problems he had with Best Buy helping with the problem. He was without a refrigerator almost a week. He still does not have the replacement, so I have no idea at this point if the replacement will work longer than two weeks.

This is a really good refrigerator but it sometimes makes random noises and wake me up at night. I am not sure if it's something I need to adjust within the settings or the fridge just needs to operate like that. Otherwise, this is a really great fridge. Love the blue lighting inside!

Absolutely loved this fridge...however...just like te other complaints it dents very easily, and after 2.5 years it stopped cooling and was told after a year pretty much the warranty is up. I was going to have to pay $300 the found out it would be $600 to pay for parts and labor. The companies they use to come fix it are terrible. To make a long story short it's been a few weeks and still have no fridge. Customer service is nice but you speak to a different representative for samsung everytime you call and it's VERY FRUSTRATING. Also, about a year and a half after the illuminated lights were going. Loved the space in it but it's a terrible fridge. Why can't fridges last forever like they used to? I thought spending the extra money meant it would last longer...WRONG.

This refrigerator was a replacement of another Samsung that the ice maker quit working after 3 years. This one worked great until I changed the filter for the first time. It has leaked water ever since and I was told it is a problem with this model. Today I received an exchange number to get a new refrigerator. I highly recommend Geek Squad Black Tie for all appliances, otherwise I would be stuck with a leaky refrigerator or paying for a brand new one.

This is a horrible refrigerator. We have had issues since about the 3rd year of ownership. The freezer kept leaking that ran down into the bottom of the fridge which created a huge block of ice in the bottom drawer rendering it unusable. The excess ice on the bottom inside of the fridge caused the freezer door not to close. As regular maintenence, I had to poor.boiling water on the bottom interior to allow the freezer to close. We had the appliance serviced 1 or 2 times. The refriridgerator side went out last week.

I bought a Samsung refrigerator, washer and dryer 3-4 years ago. Between them, I had 10 service calls in that time at $200+ a call. Now both the dryer and the fridge need repair again. Enough is enough. I could've gotten top of the line appliances for the amount these pieces of crud have cost me. All three lemons? Maybe I am unlucky, but do you feel lucky? You can decide that one. Needless to say, I am never buying Samsung appliances again and I am about to send these to the scrap heap.
