Quiet as a Church Mouse !!! If it is still on sale, snap it up if you can..... it is a great Dishwasher. We got it for $649.99 with a $50 gift card in the email bonus, getting it for $599.99 !!!! Normally sells for $989.99 ! This Dishwasher has all the features you could want (AutuRelease Door when finished for better drying, Stainless Steel Tub, 3rd Rack on top for silverware and plastic items, StormWash+ for heavily baked in pots or pans, 42dBA noise level (you barely hear it running), and multiple adjustable racks inside !!

Great dishwasher, problem with delivery. This dishwasher exceeded expectations. Strong for cleaning all types of dishes from heavy to glass. Very good options for setting timing and water limits. The perfect combo for the environment. Purchased for the wifi and nice finish with ease of control on top. The door to put the soap a challenge at first to learn how to close but once learned easily glides up and over. Delivery with Best Buy: there was a car out front a second person with our delivery person; the delivery guy when leaving said it was his Supervisor monitoring him. We’ve never had that from any company and wondered what was going on. I feel we should have been notified. Uncomfortable is the word. Did he not know his job? Then of course it didn’t go well. As this was the second time we have had a problem with the delivery, wake up early, caffeinate and be ready with your best video camera and “A” game. Look around outside and see who is there. Take photos of every angle of your home to use should a request of insurance be needed. Film, film, film from every angle as they do. It’s your right and if you don’t you won’t have anything to protect you. Previously this past year purchased a Samsung fridge. We saw the delivery person from BB push it into place. Noticed the deep 3 foot scratch that ruined the floor after they left when the light changed. Best Buy insurance carrier requested we submit multiple independent companies for proposals (time and effort) to assess damage and cost. After all the requested information submitted. Best Buy insurance paid Zero after about 10-15 exchange of pictures and multiple discussions. There was zero Olive branch no gift card absolutely nothing but blame from Bb insurance that because there was garbage bag on the kitchen floor they blamed other workers for causing the damage. I swore I would not purchase another thing from Best Buy. This dishwasher had free delivery as I had paid for total tech. This was the time I thought maybe Best Buy had a chance to take a little extra care and maybe get over the hump to do right by the customer. The delivery guy seemed nice no problem there but claimed he could not install it afterall and we needed both a plumber and an electrician due to a state law. We tried to find the law he referred to quickly but after a call to the company the best they could offer was to leave it there for us to install. So, We hired our plumber and he said that that law only applied to new homes not ours. I explained in a call to Best Buy who offered a $65 gift card on a $200 installation fee so much for free w total tech but at least something. I am filling this out as I got an email saying that if I filled it out it would lead to a $400/gift card from Best Buy. That’s more than we got for the thousands of the ruined floor. Hope they honor it.

I've used just a handful of times and i must say it's super quiet!!! I forget that it's even running. My dishes look great and i absolutely love the versatility of the 3rd rack. The color and finish is absolutely stunning!!

This dishwasher is very quiet. It cleans the dishes well, even if they are not dully rinsed. When the dishes are done the door will pop open and i thought that was a great feature. The only bad thing i have to say ia it takes a long time.

we love this dishwasher so quiet,,cleans awesome .beats our old noisy fridgedare one .sales person was very good also pointing us in this direction when he heard what we wanted in a new one could not be happier with this choice.

Quietest dishwasher I have ever seen ! The Dishes come out spotless and totally clean with no pre-rinsing or scraping of burnt on or stuck on foods. Glasses and dishes are always spotless because of the auto- opening door when drying cycle is complete.

Love my new dishwasher!! The 3rd row is great for silverware. I know there are dishwashers out there that have a lower decibel rating but this thing is QUIET!!! I’ve pretty much only used the 60 min fast cycle and dishes have been coming out nice and clean.

Quiet and spacious! I love the countdown timer that’s only visible while the dishwasher is running. The top rack has been a game changer for us washing tongs, silverware, and spatulas. We just love everything about it!

The machine is so quiet that you can’t even tell it’s running, and it cleans everything thoroughly. There’s also a separate top rack for small items like lids, spoons, and forks, which is very convenient.

The delivery team was super friendly, on time, and handled everything with care.the dishwasher is fantastic - leaves the dishes sparkling clean and runs incredibly quietly, its almost like is not even on.

Overall, I'm happy with it. However, because of the feature that opens the door 10 minutes before it's finished to let out steam (aiding in drying), the spring in the door is extremely tight. Which means the door does not stay open unless you pull the bottom rack out completely. If you do not pull it out all the way it sometimes feels like wrestling an alligator just to empty or load. Does a great job cleaning so I guess it's worth the inconvenience,

We bought this dishwasher to go in our lake home that had been damaged. The house was not ready when we bought the dishwasher so Best Buy held it for us. It was an “open box” item but they said it had not been previously sold and returned. They wrapped it in bubble wrap. On the day we picked it up, two BestBuy employees wheeled it out on a dolly and it fell off on to the side walk in the front of the store. They offered to take off the bubble wrap and have me look at it, but we were having to transport it in a pickup truck to the lake about an hour away. It had some minor scratches that I think might have been why it was “open box” but I didn’t see any other problems. It was installed by plumbers working at the house and works fine. It is super quiet. I recommend the dishwasher, but maybe not the employees wheeling it out not paying attention to what they are doing.

Thus dishwasher is excellent. I highly recommend it! It is whisper quiet. It has many outstanding features. It has an indicator light that alerts when there is more rinse aid needed. It has adjustable sacks. It is very spacious. It gets the dishes very clean. I highly recommend this dishwasher.

I absolutely love how quiet this dishwasher is and having the 3rd rack is so handy. The entire model is really well thought out and looks sleek with the hidden handle.

It was easy to install and looks great in my kitchen. It is quite and I run it during the day and don't hear it. The top rack is great for all my silverware.

I love the features on my new dishwasher, including how quiet it is when running, as well as the water saving and energy saving design. My only dissatisfaction is that the door doesn't go all the way down when I open the door. I have to push it down and hold it manually while I pull out the basket to load dishes. The Best Buy installation tech told me all new Samsung dishwashers are made this way now.
