It’s been doing it’s job for me. No more washing dishes is a huge plus.

Enjoying this upgraded mode. So far seems exceptional, especially the low noise decibels and the upgraded cleaning cycles are great features.

Now that we've had this dishwasher for 10 months, I can provide pros and cons on its day-to-day performance. Pro: It gets the job done - have not had any issues with wash performance. I don't have any devices to measure sound level, but while it isn't loud, it isn't exactly quiet either. We've learned to wait to start it if we are watching a movie or a TV show at night, because we will hear it washing during quieter parts of the shows. Cons: First thing would be that it doesn't ever really do the AutoRelease thing. Not really a big deal for us, but it is worth mentioning. I would say the manufacturing process leaves a good bit to be desired. On the upper rack there is a plastic slider that allows the entire row of tines to be angled for either regular cups and mugs or wine glasses. The plastic arm that controls this comes off after EVERY SINGLE WASH and has to be reattached. Also, we recently discovered that the top face plate (with the buttons) has several small chips and a large 1" crack running vertically on it. I contacted Samsung and they basically told me "tough luck, we consider that physical damage so we won't be covering it". I've tried to appeal this but it has become evident that Samsung will not stand by their products and you're just going to have to "set your expectations" as I was told on the phone by the representative. Needless to say, Samsung has received their last penny from this family of five.

The best dishwasher I bought. Updated from whirlpool. It’s completely quiet and you can’t even hear anything from it. Controllable through app is an added bonus

Super excited about this dishwasher, it works so well and makes my day when I use it, which is hard to do when it’s just doing the dishes!

LC code not even 2 months into owning this fine piece of equipment. LC means leak... but good luck finding that leak. I looked around couldn't find anything. Called my local plumber to look around machine and check the connections the best buy team did when installing, he said everything looks fine to him. So i call best buy they redirect me to Samsung call Samsung. They read from their scripts as politely and kindly as they can. However what they dont tell you is all the stuff you will need to make this call actually get to a end. let me give you guys all this info for when your dishwasher decided to no longer work. take a picture of the code happening. This was most amusing because they say to unplug the dishwasher to troubleshoot... no power no code showing. so now you need the washer to go through another 3 hour cycle to have it code somewhere within that time. dont worry it will code again you just dont know when and Samsung cant wait 3 hours on the phone... you cant either so you will have to call back when you have the code. After that fun then someone will ask ok can you get the receipt. Ok cant remember where i put a receipt from 10 min ago let alone over a month. Lucky thanks to tech you can now get them off the wonderful internet. I did the old person thing of taking a picture of the screen of my monitor because again i had samsung on phone and didnt want to slow down their day, they said i cant do that i need to do an actual screen shot from comp i get the screen shot i ask for an email they provide i get this part of the tale done. So after all this i forgot another crucial piece of info. They want the serial number and model of the dishwasher that's right inside when you open it, its on the top lip. its in the smallest font possible so thats another fun issue i end up taking a picture of that blowing it up on phone so i can actually read the eye test of a set of numbers and letters. That's everything you need to actual get a ticket made for a team to come out.... now im waiting another 24 to 48 hours for that to happen not even sure who/when this will happen....... no contact yet. PS I am a huge Samsung fan all my monitors and TVs are Samsung .... i am now worried for my fridge which is Samsung .... in future i think i will stick with TVs and monitors and stay away from appliances.

Very quiet dishwasher. Washes good, has a countdown timer on top and on the front. You can also install an app on your cell phone and it will notify when done.

It works, i like that i can remove the silverware tray and just the very top rack to clean the silverware. Its very quiet and looks great. I dont like that i ordered white and it looks more gray then white. The installation was crap! If i have all the trays out the washer just tips over. I have had a couple of instances where the washer puck does not fully dissolve.
