    Stopped working after 30 days. Best buy has been her twice. First time they didn’t fix and added a leak. Second time they didn’t fix the leak. Stay away from Samsung appliances. Cheaply made and terrible after service.

    I would not recommend this product or any other Samsung products. I had the dishwasher for little over a year and it will not run. I will never purchase Samsung again.

    Top Rack Nozzle Arm Falls Off Into Lower Rack

    The dishwasher's top nozzle arm falls off onto the lower rack anytime you slide out the top rack. Samsung says they will just replace with SAME MODEL! Even when the repairman says the nozzle arm is just going to do the same thing and fall off! DO NOT BUY!!!

    LEAKING DISHWASHER

    After owning this dishwasher for about a year the front door started to leak water onto my floor. I have to put a tray under the dishwasher door to catch the leaking water (see photo). If you plan on buying this unit then you MUST get an extended warranty.

    It’s nice and quiet, but it doesn’t really clean as well as I thought it would. Also, about two months after I got it, I started getting an error code that it wasn’t draining properly. Now it’s happening more frequently and I don’t know how to fix it. And I’ve had it for less than a year and a half. Very disappointed.

    This might be the worst dishwasher - that doesn't wash dishes. Some portion of dishes from every load is not clean, esp the lower level. The upper rack is so finicky it gets hung up all of the time. Might be my worst appliance purchase ever.

    Horrible Lemon! Do not buy!

    But this dishwasher after all the high reviews. Had to replace the 1st one with constant breakdowns. Received new one. Nothing but problems again. Motor replaces, computer line replaced, you name it replaced! Never again Samsung! Every technician said there are constant problems with this machine. Do yourself a favor and buy a Boshe or Kitchenaid!

    This product is garbage. The spray arm is not permanently attached. Because of this is falls off all the time. Had the product for 8 months. Finally am done with this thing.

    Garbage. Dont buy!!! Some of the cycles leak as of day 10. The cycles that dont started leaking today day 19. Best buy wont take it back after 15 days now im stranded waiting flr a samsung warranty service center i cant get ahold of and has terrible reviews on yelp. Stay away!!!!

    I know better not to overload dishwashers and I use those name brand powder pods. Loosely packed dishwasher and dishes do not come out clean. I end up hand washing everything. Not happy and of course it’s no longer returnable. Maybe this machine is rated so quiet because nothing is happening inside? #iwanttogetoffofthisride

    Four months of use and the unit started to leak water. It took two service techs to determine the unit is not repairable and now I'm trying to replace the unit. Though, I no longer want another Samsung unit.

    It looks really nice. Unit I received may have just been a dud, but it was defective out of the box. It would wash, but never dry/open. So dishes always came out soaking wet. Samsung support started it would need to be repaired, after less than 24 hours of owning it.

    Poor quality. Broke down after 2 years, tripping the GFI randomly during the cycle. Not under warranty so charged $190 just to have a technician looking at it, too expensive to repair… worst purchase ever.
