While the machine is great, we had a bad experience with Best Buy's delivery/ installation person -- as they guy tried to extort money: after completing the installation, the guy claimed (falsely) that we were required to give him extra cash or send money to his personal Venmo. When I explained that delivery & installation had been pre-paid through Best Buy & invited him to call Best Buy with me to sort out any amount still owed, the guy walked out the backdoor in a huff.

This dishwasher is so fabulous, a real time saver, super-clean dishes that are dry! Quiet, has lots of washing options (“pre-blast” and “storm wash” are my favorites ) which I love, is very quiet so no disturbance in my smaller house. There’s no downside to this dishwasher and I’m delighted to own it!

Best Buy did exchange it for a new one but it was very inconvenient having to install, uninstall and reinstall especially for spending a considerable amount for this dishwasher. After receiving a working dishwasher we are mostly happy with the unit althought it doesnt dry very well. My biggest issue is with Best Buys polices. The employees I dealt with at our local store were all rockstars, unfortunately its impossible to call and get ahold of anyone at local stores and are instead routed to a call center of people who have no more information than the website has. So to get any real help you have to go in to the store We have 5 Samsung appliances and the only one that isn't great is the dishwasher.

Only con is that it is loud when pulling water into the machine but that could just be my pipes.

We have a very open floor plan with a smaller footprint - you can’t even tell this dishwasher is running! The installation team was outstanding too! Fast, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.

My house hold is big Samsung fans and this does not disappoint. You can even control it with your phone! It gets everything clean on the first wash. The third rack is great for extra silverware or for spatulas and things like that

I checked out the racks, filters, and soap dispensers across all brands and models at Best Buy and they were essentially identical. This unit cleans the dishes very well so far. Just a couple concern areas: 1) the circulation pump seems to be making a super high pitched 13khz sound. I might even return it for the same model while I can. It sounds like tinnitus. 2) Overall the dishwasher is louder than I expected in terms of water splashing sounds.
