The middle rack is adjustable, but with third rack on top, you can't fit tall cups in the middle. If you move the middle rack down to fit those cups, you can't fit larger dinner plates on the bottom rack. Just a poor design. Loud for a 46dB unit. Constantly flipping over tupperware and filling with water. Dishes all come out soaking wet, despite jet dry and detergent with jet dry. This replaced an 8 year old GE, that unit seemed to be better in every regard. Should have bought another GE. Overall unhappy, would return if I could but Samsung refused.

Sometimes it works and gets it right, and other times, it's all wrong. They should have a heated element installed.

Here is May 8th, a day after the warranty ends and it is broken for a second time. The first time in Feb/early March it started to leave bits of food on the dishes. Cleaning the filter didn't help and it was clearly food from a while past. It just wasn't clearing out the food. I contacted the repair service covered by Samsung. He broke one of the spraying arms. I had to run him down as he was driving out of my drive way. He was just going to leave it like that. Then a couple weeks later, they put a new spraying arm. It worked for a bit and now it is gross again. It is a very weak dishwasher. I hate that I wasted so much money on this product.

Also, there is a 3rd tray at the very top just for silverware, and it's imperative to put items up there as they really don't wash well in the usual basket. There's an app, which I connected, but if you can't set up a custom wash which is annoying. I'd love to run a very short wash on fine china, say, but you can't. Minimum wash is an hour.
