This product is okay to use it. The main reason that I purchase this due to special sale from BBY. if you are the person to think about price, go for it. However if you are the person who think about quality, buy something else.

I'm a stay at home mom of 3 kids so our dishwasher is used sometime twice a day. Love how quiet it is! the one thing I do not like is the bottom rack is hard to pull out and sometimes gets stuck. Have had a few issues with the silverware not coming clean, but that may be because of how I've loaded the dishwasher. Overall good dishwasher!

Overall, I'm very pleased with this dishwasher. It runs very quietly, although for a long time, but dishes come out very clean. I'm a little concerned about the quality of the stainless steel, but time will tell.

I really love my new dishwasher. It is so much quieter than I ever thought a dishwasher could be. I'm still playing with the best way to load all my dishes, though. Not really sure where I should be putting cereal bowls. There just doesn't seem to be a space for them. My glasses come out much cleaner than they did with my last dishwasher.

Dishwasher has a bigger capacity then anticipated. Cleans great. Delivery guys were great, went above and beyond.

Not impressed at all with this dishwasher. It does not dry well at all and yes I use the drying agent. The new dishwashers don't have a heating element which is a huge negative. 2 stars is for the quietness of the motor/operation.

Nice fit and finish. Interior brackets are Ok. A little noisey, (for a higher end dishwasher) but get the dishes clean. My one grip really is the dry cycle is weak and leaves condensation on the interior and dishes.

And so quiet I could hardly tell it is running. Only criticism is that the prongs are all so close together that it is has taken me a while to figure out where to load my deeper cereal bowls without wasting space. I like the exceptional vertical space and the adjustable height top rack. I didn't realize how substandard my previous dishwasher was until I got one that is actually efficient.

My wife and I bought this dishwasher as part of a package deal at Best Buy. We were assured by a best buy salesperson this dishwasher would clean our dishes well and be really quiet. Unfortunately we found out the dishwasher did not clean everything very well and the dishes were always wet when its cycle was done. After a few weeks of not getting everything as clean as we would like and getting tired of the smell coming from the dishwasher we decided to upgrade to a more reliable and better suited dishwasher for us. Even though the new dishwasher ended up costing us another $300, our new dishwasher doesn't have any of the issues the Samsung dishwasher had.

We like the look and the performance of the washer. The only thing I wish I would have paid better attention to is the length of the pegs that hold the glasses in place on the top shelf - they are too short.

I was told that Samsung didn't have a heating element in the dishwasher, so I wasn't surprised that the plastic items didn't get completely dry. I purchased this item to match the other appliances.

My wife and I couldn't ask for a better dishwasher, it does the job and does it good. Way to go Samsung!!!

This dishwasher is so quiet, you can have a conversation with someone near it. Looks very nice. It takes about 2.5 - 3 to wash a full load of dishes.

Dishwasher is really quiet, you hardly know it is on. Dishes are clean when they come out. Only thing is, dishes aren't so dry.

Very nice cosmetically, had not problems installing except the fitting for connecting water supply was not furnished. Cleans o.k.and like the stainless interior. When starting, normally have to perform the start process at least twice before it begins washing. All this being said, not a bad washer and we love the quietness.

We bought the Samsung package and got a great deal! The only negative is they smudge very easy! The dishwasher is very quiet!

I live in an 900 square foot apartment, which means every room in the apartment are relatively close. My kitchen is a few feet from my bedroom. When the dishwasher is on I can not hear any cycles. Sometimes I have to walk up to the dishwasher to make sure I started it because it's very quiet. Also, I love stainless steel appliances, and everyone compliments on how elegant it looks.

It does a good job super quiet. Drying takes a little longer but I just use sanitation setting and leave it over night and never have a issue

I found this on Best Buy Outlet at a store about 70 miles from my house. Although it was a long drive to and from to purchase it, the sales reps were great and you couldn't beat the price.

It's a very good dishwasher. Setup was easy and it is s quiet that you don't know it's running. Cleans very well.
