The dishes come out really clean without much of a pre-rinse. The racks are collapsible to hold large items. Best of all it is quiet!

I think this dishwasher is easy to use. Not to many buttons and is self explanatory. Great cleaning and no water spots as of yet.

My last dishwasher sounded like a 747 repeatingly crashing into a glass house. We had to leave when we ran the dishwasher! But no Samsung sometimes I even forget it's running. Every dish comes out clean and crisp! It's does have a child lock mode but it has a light indicator that my 18 month seeing and pushes it off. Yes he can hold it down for the 3 secs it requires. Other than that I love this dishwasher!

At first we had issues with the dispenser releasing but once we read the instructions fully (and a few online tips) we were able to calibrate everything to our everyday needs. Does a decent job cleaning but still has issues with leaving dishes wet even with the Jet Dry Turbo. Good enough for what we need but would not purchase again.

Trying to get the best dishwasher at the least expensive price and get one that is quiet was very tricky. We eventually got this one and while it wasn't rated the quietest, it is actually very quiet. Some reviews indicate others have had some problems with this unit, but knock on wood, we have not had any problems so far. We got the control panel on the top of the door which takes a little getting used to.

Very quiet, you can't hear it running. Love the easy touch screen display. Adjustable and has enough room for bigger items.

I bought this as an open item so I got a great price. It works well and looks great in my new kitchen with my other Samsung appliances. I wasn't sure I would like the top buttons but I have had no issue adjusting. Cycles seem a little long but this isn't an issue for me

This dishwasher replaced a 13 year old one that still worked perfectly. We just wanted to transition to stainless steel. I am very pleased, lots of room for varying items and my family and I find it very quiet. Great buy!

Dish washer is awesome with very less sound level. Cleaning is also awesome. I am loving it.

I picked this unit because it was well rated, matched my other appliances that I was buying and looked very roomy inside, giving me more space below for pots and pans. It looks sleek and beautiful BUT the controls are on the top lip of the door which can be hard to read if your counter comes out further, 2.} The way the basket prongs are laid out is too tight and for more modern dish ware and anything with thick sides it's a real challenge loading the washer ergonomically. And my biggest pet peeve it that it doesn't really dry the dishes at the end of the wash cycle like my old one did. In fact the dishes are all moist when you go to take them out. It wants you rely on JetDry and I really am not about to put any more chemical onto my eating surfaces just to have dry dishes. If I could have had a unit that dries dishes efficiently with the same face on the door I would trade it in immediately.
