This dishwasher is so quiet that the first time i ran it i didn't even know it was running which is a hugh plus.the semi bad is most things come out spotless and then there's a couple things that come out looking like it isn't washed at all. but i'm a guy and i expect to clean everything which i know isn't going to happen.Over all i'm happy with it and would buy it again

Sixteen days into ownership and the lights began flashing and dishwasher became unresponsive. Best Buy wouldn't help because we didn't buy the Geek protection so we were only protected by them for 15 days but Samsung does have their automatic one year warranty. It took one week for the service person to come and he didn't have the right parts because a clerical error somewhere. He said it will be another week. We will see if they fix the problem on Tuesday. When the error came up, we found, by searching online, not through the Best Buy reviews, that there is a water sensor problem with Samsung dishwashers. The dishwasher was wonderful during its short life span. I will not buy any large items at Best Buy again....15 days is ridicules.

The best thing about this machine, is that it is whisper quiet. I mean we could be standing next to it and still not hear it. Secondly, the rubber tipped "fingers" seem to be a little misplaced. Either that or i dont know how to load this machine yet. 98% of the items come out spotless, every once in a while i get a dirty one, which may also be due to me not knowing how to load it properly. The only real complaint i have is that the items still come out a little wet. I think i have figured a solution, once the load is complete let it dry for about a half hour, then open the door to let the steam out. I think this is due to making such a well insulated machine, that it does not allow the heat to escape, which in turn causes the condensation to occur. Once you learn the little tricks this is a great machine...

Have had good luck so far. Gets dishes clean and are typically dry when done, but usually wash in sanitize mode. Takes a while to complete cycle though (2.5 hrs). Only real complaints so far are not being able to open during cycle and have it finish where it left off when door is re-closed and not having a "clean" indicator of some sort.

The best I can say is my wife loves it.as I said it's very quiet and easy to operate.

It matches the rest of our kitchen appliances. Because of the nature of open concept homes, our kitchen has no wall between it and the living room where we watch TV. Our old dishwasher was too loud to hear over, so we'd run it at night. With this one, we forget its even running until the end-of-cycle chime sounds.

Dishes are clean even without the typical "pre-wash", quiet enough to where if you leave the kitchen you cannot hear it. Does not dry as well as expected using the normal cycle... using the sanitize cycle does a little better. We have many Samsung products and have been happy with all of them... Washer/Dryer/TV/and now Dishwasher.

Much better than the previous dishwasher we had but as the specs say it does not have a drying mechanism. We do use the sanitize button and that helps a lot. But we still either have to hand dry some or let them air dry on a mat after its finished and left overnight. Otherwise it's awesomesauce! Oh and like other stainless steel appliances(if you choose that option) you need the special wipes to keep it looking so fresh and so clean clean!

This dishwasher replaced a 25 year old dishwasher that sounded like a jet plane taking off. And it didn't clean the dishes well. This one is quiet and cleans like a dishwasher should. You have to use the jet dry to get the dishes clean.

Washes well and is a quiet dishwasher. The only problem with the actual product I have are the plastic covers in the inside they seem to hit the side of the dishwasher when you push the tray in so you have to watch that. Otherwise I love it. Unfortunately best buy delivery was beyond the time they said I was late for work and they knew I had to work. I was in such a rush to get to work because they were 2 hrs and 16min late I didn't really look over my dishwasher and by that I mean I end up with a dishwasher that has a couple dents in the front and scratches it's pretty noticeable. Not to mention I had to make a special trip 45 min away to the store to pick up that bottom splash guard they forgot to give me. (Cover for the electric in the front)

The stainless steel interior makes this the quietest dishwasher we have ever had. We can turn it on during a dinner party and no one knows its on. You can run it at night without disturbing your sleep. Cleaning is exceptional, coffee mugs that had remained stained for years were suddenly sparking clean. There is no drying cycle, but the steel interior reflects the heat of the water back into the unit, if we run at night dishes are virtually completely dry in the morning. Very energy efficient and you can use minimal soap and still get great results.

It is very quiet. ☺When installing, it does need to be put in perfectly level or it won't function properly. I kept getting an error message that there was to much water and would not finish the wash. After that fix it works pretty good, but it does not dry them very well. It's a good washer overall.

I do a lot of online purchases, butI really never write reviews...just don't want to take the time. But in this case I thought I'd leave a review for what has to be the quietest dishwasher we have EVER owned. We've had a couple dishwashers in this home. We have a great room, so extra noise from the kitchen area tends to disrupt conversation around the dinner table, or in the living area, and it would really irk me when we were trying to watch a movie and have to turn it up for the dishwasher. I cannot say enough how absolutely silent this machine is! There are occasional little sounds when draining, etc., but other than that, most of the time we don't even know it's on! Additionally, the overall build quality seems to be pretty good and the fold down dividers helpful in loading a variety of items. My wife's only complaint is that it seems to leave some excess water here and there on some of the items that she has to hand dry. Not completely dry like our previous two did. Overall though, that's pretty minor compared with our overall satisfaction.

Great deal love the handle and stainless inside. Quiet too.

We bought this dishwasher for an excellent price. It was the only hidden control stainless steel with stainless steel tub dishwasher under $400. It's quiet, cleans great, looks great! We installed it ourselves easily!

I've been able to try three different cycles thus far: express wash, sanitation wash (sterilization of canning jars), and normal wash. Each wash cycle processed with mimimum noise and I didn't notice any items with water spots. Plus, I really like the self opening feature after wash completion. So glad I traded up a model! I brought a lower model initially, had it installed w/o using it, but returned it b/c it didn't match the look of my other appliances. I didn't want to spend the extra x amount for an appliance I don't use much. However, achieving a desired look won out. I'm thankful that paying the difference, and receiving a courtesy adjustment for shipping delay, lessened the blow. I'm looking forward to trying the other cycles!

I bought this unit because it was on sale. I did not read reviews until the next day, and there were some that were not good. I did go out and purchase the extended warranty after that. From talking to others, this machine will work fine if you use the rinse aid to help with drying and spotting which I did. No problems at all, and very quiet.

This is not a top of the line dishwasher, but for the money spent, it is good.

Only drawback is that the dishes don't always dry completely on a Normal wash setting, otherwise, no prewash is necessary and the unit is quiet

I bought this because I have all the other appliances that match. It is quiet, has a lot of space inside, and looks great. Had some initial issues with the settings, but once I figured out what worked best (heavy with the sanatize function on) it does the job. Dishes come out clean and mostly dry.
