Doesn't seem to clean as good as my old whirlpool. But I am on well water and maybe the hard water has something to do with that. I use it on the heavy dirt setting and it does a little better job. Also use the jet rinse dry liquid. It is very quiet though. Installed easy. Lots of features as far as arranging dishes. That is very helpful.

We've had the Samsung washer for about a month now, and have been very happy with the results. It cleans very well, and is much quieter than our old dishwasher (Kitchenaid, about 6 years old). The only issue we have is that the racks are set up sub optimally. Our dishes are standard dishes from Crate & Barrel, but we have difficultly managing the space because pegs are too close together and too angled. Still think it's a very good buy though, happy to have it!

My old machine wouldn't dissolve the soap. I couldn't remove the filter. It would have cost more to repair it than it would to replace it. I read reviews and this was in my top five. It was on sale for around $400 (with a stainless steel tub!). I went for it. It has the quick wash that I prefer to use. I like the hard food dispenser and self cleaning filter features. The remove and install took less than 45 minutes. The service men were great! I wish the tines were different. They are on an odd angle and some are too small to support the dishes. I wind up leaning the larger items that I put on the bottom on each other. There is also an unpleasant odor if the door is left closed when it is clean, dirty or even when it's empty. I'm not dissatisfied with this dishwasher, I just should have stayed with my first pick. Be prepared for the additional costs. After paying for the dishwasher, hoses and wires that are not included, removal and installation, Geek Squad Protection Plan (I love their plans!) and sales tax, I paid over $750.00. I don't use it every day, but it does get the job done.

Relatively simple process to install. Dishwasher works well and is very quiet.

My old DW went bad and I checked a few washers, and finally get this Samsung. Compare to the old one, this one is much quite. Dishes come out clean and dry. Only con is if I choose heat dry it takes so long to complete, but most of the times I just use air dry anyway.

I have been using my new dishwasher for 2 weeks now and love it! It is VERY quiet, you can't even tell it's running most of the time. And it gets the dishes very clean the first time. The dishes come out dry and spotless. You can change the way the racks are set up to some extent, to accommodate bigger dishes. It has a dish sanitation option and a hard food disposal. I love it!

This is a great dishwasher that is extremely quiet, works great and Samsung actually complies with their warranty. However I suggest if you purchase one you get the insulation by Best Buy because if you have any issues, like a clog that came in the machine, and it was not installed by them it is consider to be your fault from installing it "incorrectly" yourself and they will not help you.

Dishwasher does a very good job cleaning and is quiet, but the cycle time is very long and dishes are still wet when finished. Bought in combination with other Samsung appliances which are great, but the lack of drying on this is a disappointment.

Quality stainless steal interior, Does a fantastic job cleaning glassware and silverware, extremely quiet. Will buy another one for my son. Great price right now it was on sale $399.00 with $100.00 rebate until end of Nov,2015

Compared to my old dishwasher, this one cleans the dishes very well, is quiet and has a large capacity. I love everything about it.

If you need to wash your dishes before you put them in the dishwasher, why have a dishwasher? This dishwasher has the hard food disposer and it works great! Everything comes out clean, the dishwasher is very quiet, the stainless steel interior is very nice, love the adjustable upper rack, and the lovely musical sounds the dishwasher makes when the dishes are done!

I love this dishwasher. I was showing it off to a neighbor and opened it up only to find that my daughter was actually running a load of dishes! I was not even aware that it was running it is so quiet. Our old dishwasher could not be run while watching tv in the adjoining living room. No problem with this one. Dishes are clean every time, regardless of how dirty they are when the go in. I am quite satisfied.

We purchased the white model to replace a 14 year old one, for a 1963 home. Had to add an A/C outlet under the sink due to California codes. My plumber had to replace the water valves as well. Too old. So be prepared for those extra costs. The dishwasher itself is great. Lots of room inside. No heating elements, just a condencer fan on the door. Bosch was our second choice, but learned it's smaller inside. I like the modern electronic button controls. It's very quiet, except when it's draining into sink pipe. Water noise is loud, but mechanically it's very quiet. Has a strange smell inside, but may go away over time.

Really satisfied with this dishwasher. Very quiet and cleans well. Only down side is the bottom rack is a little lower than most other models. Plus side of this is it is good for working the lower back muscles, lol.
