this is a great product great value and price for the money

I have many Samsung items, phone/tv/blu ray player, & they are all great so I assumed that this dishwasher would be as well... not so much. It has this horrid smell inside that kicks you in the face when you open it throughout the week to put dirty dishes in (not right after a wash thankfully). It doesnt leave that smell on dishes either so thats a plus I suppose. But the tracks in the two racks are complete garbage! I have already had two of the wheels pop off the top track & one on the bottom. Mind you, I only use this thing once a week, & this happened all within the first month & a half. The bottom rack is the worst though. Every time I pull it out to put dishes in & then go to push it back it in gets stuck & you have to force it the rest of the way, and I literally mean EVERY TIME. I have tried different approaches to make it roll back in smoother but nothing works. The "touch" buttons on the top of the door also completely SUCK. I some times have to push the power button ten times to get it to turn on. WTF?! I honestly wish I never bought this dishwasher :(

This washer is very quiet, the three led lights are handy to display the stage of washing its in. also cleans the dishes very very well. what more can one ask for?

There is always water in the machine after wash cycle. Have to leave the door open for the machine to dry

I purchased this for my family in hopes my teenagers would start to clean their own dishes if it was easy to use. It's working !! It cleans great and is easy to use plus it's quite.

Super clean and quite, cleans dirty dishes like a champ, just be conscious of blocking the soap dispenser when loading.

I like this dishwasher for the value. You have to use rinse aid in order to get dry dishes. this was an issue for me, my dishes were always completely dry when finished with my maytag. Easy to operate not very many settings.

Always liked samsung products and this is no exception.

The first generation of this model dishwasher was notorious for issues, however, this new model looks great and it functions great. Only tip I really stress is that you use a rinse aid (JetDry Turbo.. etc) and if you use the "sanitize" function, it also aids in drying.

It does what its suppose to do, wash my dishes clean...

We bought this dishwasher for our old house and loved it. When we moved into our new house, we were reminded just how awesome it was. We took out a perfectly good dishwasher and bought this one again. Can't say enough good things about it. Buy one..you won't regret it!

This dishwasher holds more than my old Frigidaire. The remove able rack in the bottom makes it easy to load large pots without bending any prongs. The silverware baskets are slotted to keep everything separated and not a speck of food remains on anything that I put in this washer!! It is EXTREMELY quiet, the only time I hear anything is when the water is draining out. I would never put a wine glass in my old dishwasher, but this holds the stem of the glass securely and no concern with it breaking.

Purchased dishwasher not knowing that dishwasher does not dry dishes. Other than that no complaints

Love all the touch buttons on this diahwasher. Very easy to use and very powerful. Normal function has been strong enough to clean my pots and pans without leaving food or streaks. Highly recommend.

Doesn't dry well. Seem like there is always moisture in the washer. Like the hidden controls.

My new dishwasher is really quiet compared to my old one. It does a great job on the dishes, but the dishes stay wet for a long time. I've used the sanitize button as recommended, but there is no drying cycle.

good quality for a good price. Were looking for nice looking stainless appliances for spec house, and this line of products looks good and the price was right

This is a great dishwasher. It is very quiet and performs very well. However you do need to use a rinsing agent and select sanitize for the dishes to finish dry.
