Not happy w the lack of drying. Tubberware constantly comes out wet and I think there is limited space for a small family of 3 that cooks often

Does a million times better job than the prior dishwasher we had and at a great price!!

This was purchased as a floor model with the five year warranty. The first day after installation we performed a test run on the washer. The door latch was broken. Called Geek Squad for repairs. The unit was repaired the next week after the parts were ordered and shipped. Everything works great. Nice repair service.

Only use every three days or more, has bad smell and does not dry dishes very well. Wold not recommend.

This is a great dishwasher for the $. It's stainless steel inside for great cleaning.

I like the dishwasher because it goes with the rest of the Samsung kitchen appliances that we bought, but so far, dishwashing capabilities are lacking, I rinse the dishes before I put them in the dishwasher and now have to rewash them usually after they have been "cleaned", does a terrible job on glasses, etc. I do not recommend this dishwasher.

Another Samsung product that we are so happy with. Very quiet and excellent cleaning.

Excellent washer for the price. It is energy efficient and cycles are not lengthy.

Bought in 2015 with the complete package Samsung products. Dishwasher work good for about 6 months. Never really dried very well at the beginning. After 6 months did not clean well. Left spots and film on glasses and dishes. Then a year later water would not drain out at the bottom of it after full cycle. Repairman fixed but it lasted for about 8 months plus top rack wheels and bottom rack rollers kept coming off. Repairman said replace it but do not buy Samsung products. Nothing but repair problems. He hate to take our money knowing it will break again. We insisted he fix. Well it’s gone now. We bought a new one, not Samsung, so far all is great.

Dishes are clean even without the typical "pre-wash", quiet enough to where if you leave the kitchen you cannot hear it. Does not dry as well as expected using the normal cycle... using the sanitize cycle does a little better. We have many Samsung products and have been happy with all of them... Washer/Dryer/TV/and now Dishwasher.

Use the rinse aid. We had problems with the dishes coming out soaking wet, we put in the rinse aid as recommended and it works just like it should now.

Runs quiet; two months after purchase DW would not drain; contacted Samsung for repair; service and follow up was outstanding; seems there was a very small piece of glass caught in the drain; thinking it was from manufacturing; everything covered under warranty.

So far no problem with this dishwasher. It is very quite and has many settings.

I don't really use it much just come with the package but is good

Bought this dishwasher on sale. didn't think much of it at first, but works well. Had a issue with it leaking out the front door. Keep the seal clean or else. probably wouldn't buy another one

well the 1st one lasted 2 washes as the water pump quit working, so we paid bestbuy &40 to deliver another one. so far so good as we only have run it through the initial cycle to clean. stay tuned. if this one is as poor as the 1st one we will ask for our $$ back & look for another brand. thanks for working with us on this bestbuy!
