Great dishwasher , I am very happy. The only thing I don't understand is why the soap door doesn't open to release the soap pod. We just through the pod in the bottom and it works just fine! I love the sanitize option! It really helps to dry them more!

The dishwasher is great. I've been using for a month now and dishes some super clean. Also it's so quiet you don't even know if it's working. Plus it has some cool extra features.

It's been a few weeks and we have been happy with this purchase. So quiet and gets the dishes nice and clean. Plastic dishes/cups do remain wet but to us that is no big deal.

My previous dishwasher died so I purchased a Samsung range/microwave/fridge/dishwasher combo. This dishwasher has been the highlight of that purchase. Its very quiet compared to my last washer. I like the sanitize cycle, as now I feel that the water is actually getting heated up enough to get all the grime off of my dishes. I ran a cycle without the rinse aid and the dishes were very wet even a day later. I added the rinse aid for the next cycle, and it made a huge difference. Many of the racks are movable or adjustable to fit whatever configuration you may have. The racks are also spaced enough for larger/taller items.

It was a little fussy at first getting the touch panel to work. After a few tries and a second look at the manual i got the hang of it. Was also surprised that it doesn't dry the dishes with heat like my old dish washer. Be aware of this when you buy it to avoid disappointment.

This dishwasher is excellent, the only downside I see on this appliance is dad sometimes the stuff in there one finished the process are not very dry sometimes wet.

A little more work to retrofit than I thought it would be but well worth it. Everything else about this exceeds expectations. Love the flexibility with upper rack and adjustable areas of both racks.

Not it on sale with free delivery and install. We like everything about except for the thing noted above. To be energy efficient, the dishwasher uses the heat from the hot water rinse to dry the dishes and interior. Therefore, to be sure the dishes and interior get dry, you have to use the "sanitize" cycle and open the door after the wash is complete. These are Samsung's instructions. Not a big deal. Had to go on line to find this info. I thought we had a bad dishwasher. Does clean the dishes.

Noisy, does not dry dishes adequately and leaves water all over the interior of the dishwasher. Did not like all of the negative reviews about quality issues and service issues.

Overall, great dishwasher. #1 priority was I wanted quiet....I got quiet. The only downside is that it takes two hours to wash. Not crazy about the racks... but ok.

It is a piece of junk. We ordered this based on the store recommendation. We also purchased the matching french door fridge to go with it. After 11 months we forced Best Buy to give us a full refund on the dishwasher (#2) and take back the fridge for a full refund. Here's why... The units were delivered and installed the first week of January 2014. The dishwasher started to leak water out of the front right corner within 30 days. We had the geek squad to our home 4 times over 4 months before demanding a new unit. The second unit started to leak after 14 days. 3 more visits by the geek squad and still issues. The tech told us that they have had problems with this unit at other installs. It was a design flaw according to him. We moved to Hhgregg, acquired the LG unit and have not been happier. The service to solve the issues was a joke. Best Buy lost a very loyal customer who spent a lot of $$ there in the past.

Good basic level dishwasher for the price. Only reason it did not get a 5 is because of the space inside and the positioning/shape of the racks prongs on the top/bottom level does not quite fit my dishes right

Just purchased it so haven't really had a chance to have the day to day use yet, but overall seems like a great dishwasher. For the price, it seems had to beat!

Dishwasher worked 2 times after that it could not even desolve dishwashing soap, very disapointed, poor performance for the money, my cheap 150 dollar washer performed better.

This dishwasher is very nice inside and metal, but will not dry dishes. We have exchanged it due to its inability to dry dishes. It also takes 105-120 minutes to wash a load.

Dishwasher is very pleasing to the eye, very quiet which was a must with the family connecting to the open kitchen. Hidden controls was a must bc of the 3 kids.

Very nice unit with great features. I like the stainless tub and amount of dishes it holds. Silverware holder could be a little better but well made dishwasher.

So many dishwashers leave me with wet dishes even after drying, this did a better job than my Bosch

The only thing I can complain about is the drying function. Sometimes the dishwasher is still very wet after a cycle. Have to use the rinse solution.
