Doesn't dry that well. Doesn't clean that well. Was not what the salesperson said it would be. Really no better than our old one.

I enjoy getting floor models for cheap. Paid less than half.

The selections are a little hard to push and even though I use the sanitize selection, the dishes do not dry as I would expect.

Buttons hard to see mounted under the counter, but once set the settings stay the same unless i change them so all i have to do is hit power and start and it goes. This is the most quiet dishwasher i have ever herd, i had to put my ear up to it to see if it is running. I am very pleased with this dishwasher

Well the first item shipped leaked when it went through the first cycle, but it was replaced and the second item works great!

Only complaint is that it doesn't dry as well as I thought.

pros, very quiet. cons, racks are a bit odd, doesn't always clean all dishes.

doest dry dishes have to had rinse dry and still does not dry, plus make a weird long sound during proccess

I am usually a big fan of Samsung appliances, but I HATE this dishwasher. We bought it to replace our ten year old dishwasher, but we are completely sick of it after only a month of use. We used to use the dishwasher pods, but with this new dishwasher they just end up on the bottom of the dishwasher, and nothing is clean. Switched to liquid detergent, and ended up with gummy half-dissolved detergent covering the inside of the door, and still dirty dishes. I am so disappointed!

It is a great machine. If we have any complaint it is that you have to bend down to far for the bottom rack. The racks for the wine glasses on the top rack is a great idea.

would buy it again. Not as well made as my previous Kitchenaid

We had to have this dishwasher fixed after 6 months due to a defective seal that cause the overflow sensor to cause the dishwasher to perpetually drain. Only way to stop the loud draining was to unplug the dishwasher. When the service tech came the fix was to use silicon as he said a new seal would go faulty again from his experience.

Got it on sale, great dishwasher especially for the price.

We just installed the item, but the trial runs were good.

This is our second one. First one didn't drain and door ended up not opening for detergent.

It's an expensive but nice dishwasher. Auto cycle is nice.

This is my first dishwasher but does do the job. Plates and cups always come out sparkling clean.Very quiet machine. Love the sanitizing option . Works as advertised
