We have a home warranty insurance so every time they came by and charged me $75 to fix it. I have given them $75x 6= $450 since I have had this terrible dishwasher. do not be fooled by its pretty silver inside. It's a money pit.

I was told by those delivering it that they would tell best buy that there was a scratch on it and that best buy would take care of it. A couple weeks later I went to my local best buy to take care of another issue and asked them about this situation. They told me that it wasn't their fault of course and gave me the delivery folks number and told me to call them. I don't have time to contact the delivery people just for them to tell me to call best buy. Best buy needs to take the blame and deal with the situation. I am giving this dishwasher a 1 because I associate the scratch and service with the product itself.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your DW80F600UTS. Fortunately, there are solutions that may help. I would suggest you refer to the user manual or the Support section of Samsung's website for tips such as running a Sanitize cycle with vinegar to remove odor (see page 20 of the manual), and cleaning the spray nozzles to improve the cleaning performance, among other suggestions.
