This dishwasher tied in with my kitchen perfectly. The installation went smoothly and the washer works perfectly. No complaints.

I'm so very disappointed in this Samsung dishwasher. It has been a nightmare from start to finish. (actually it's not done with yet.) Samsung has agreed to a replacement but to date has not issued a return or replace order. It's been about three months and at least 20 phone calls and three service calls and still it's not resolved.

First time when item was delivered, we connect, but item was not working,was pumping the water, but not washing, we had manufacture warranty,get replaced soon, second one after couple cycle died,,that in one month we have 3 dish washer, third one when was delivered the touch panel was scratch,and inside had some stains from previous use, we returned back, went to best buy and choose different model,now we are completely satisfied, with cycle, how works.

It's not too surprising that an energy star dishwasher has trouble getting dishes clean, since properly cleaning dishes requires lots of power and water. However, this Samsung model cleans terribly. I often have to wash dishes multiple times and frequently just resort to washing them by hand. My friends with other brands of dishwashers do not seem to have such poor performance. This, on top of all the issues I had with my other Samsung appliances, ensures that I will never buy another Samsung product.

Very lightweight door. This dishwasher works exactly how I thought it would when purchased (installed it about 1 month ago)

I bought this in in a group, included a new Refrigerator stove and dishwasher. All three products were very good.

This is the dishwasher for us. HUGE space inside. Great cleaning device. LOVE LOVE LOVE this new dishwasher.

Exceptionally nice product. Lucks great, easy to use and dishes completely washed and rinsed. Very pleased.

Installed dw and tried the first wash with no success, kept draining water before wash was finished and displays error codes. Called samsung for repair technician

we were looking for a stylish dishwasher with stainless steel outside and inside. This fit all our needs

This is a nice looking dishwasher but have had difficulty getting the soap dispenser door to work consistently.

I tend to stick to Samsung or LG appliances and this product kept up with the good quality of Samsung

It's great however the prongs in the upper rack aren't very sturdy to place plastic containers on

This dishwasher is very quiet while it goes thru it's Cycles. The dishes come out very clean.

I had to replace the last dishwasher that went kaput.

I love this product. Dishes come out clean and dry.
