I'm such a Samsung Electronics fan when it came to buying appliances we decided to give Samsung a try. Bought a convection glass top electric range and dishwasher. The range works perfectly, but had so much trouble with the dishwasher, we exchanged for another brand. Best Buy's customer service waived installation and new dishkit fees. Great service !

This dishwasher was the biggest wast of money. The unit is less than two years old and already serious problems. The dish powder door will not open to dispense the soap the manual said the water temp should be 120 degrees my water temp is 130. The dishes have to be hand dried they are so wet. I can't find a repair place that will work on Samsung they all said they are junk get rid of it. The sad part is I also bought the Refrigerator, stove, and microwave just waiting on those to breakdown. Stay away from Samsung

Talk to your local appliance repair person before purchasing a Samsung Dishwasher. We are about to replace our dishwasher and it is only two years old.

This dishwasher looks great, but is probably the worst functioning dishwasher I have ever had. The plates, bowls, etc do not fit right in it and it cannot hold nearly enough before it fills up. There is no heat dry option so the dishes are flooded with water when finished. The bottom rack rollers are constantly falling off, and it is less than 2 months old. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for a nice dishwasher. This one is plain awful.

I have had to have the repairman out 3 times now. I would not recommend Samsung appliances to anyone.

Use my dishwasher for canning purposes to sterilize jars for canning vegetables. It also looks great. got to have matching set.

bought this dishwasher and it wouldn't clean or dry dishes. tried prerinseing still came out dirty and wet. called geek sqad, teck said there was nothing wrong with it we needed to wash dishes before loading which made no sense. called bestbuy and they let me exchange. also it wont use all the dish soap, do not buy this machine it is awful .

This is the worst purchase we have ever made. The 20 year old dishwasher we replaced worked ten times better than this one. Does not clean dishes well and leaves behind particles of food residue. We have tried all kinds of detergents and rinse aids. The door broke within 4 months of ownership. Extremely disappointed, will no longer be buying Samsung appliances.

Leaks around the seal.. im thinking its time to change brands.

this this is giant piece of junk!!!! It has been since we got it. Twice repaired during warranty. Badly designed no amount of fiddling with it will ever fix it. Bad sensors and overly sensitive main board keep tripping error codes.

The 1st unit I received had a "Leakage Error" Code Symbol and leaked from the bottom. The 2nd unit I received had the same "Leakage Error" and one of the door hinges was damaged. I will be returning this unit for a new manufacturer. I would not recommend this washer.

Dishwasher worked for 3 weeks. Best Buy replaced with new one. Second had the same overflow error and leaked within a week. Just returned for credit. 2 faulty dishwashers within a months time. Best Buy was helpful. They replaced and credit the dishwashers no problems.

My mother told me not to hate, but (I am sorry mom) I HATE THIS MACHINE! Whoever designed the interior has never washed a dish. The interior makes no sense whatsoever. Pieces that are "interchangeable" are impossible to discern nor do they fit correctly. It is so bad that we actually miss our twenty plus year old clunker we bought for $25 dollars at a yard sale. This proves that very smart people can make very poor machines. Glad I don't have stock in Samsung.

We have tried everything from different detergents, different rinse aids and even running it twice, dishes are still dirty. Do not buy. And, we are beyond our 15 day return so Best Buy won't even help us.

GOT IT A MO AGO...IT HAS A BAD SMELL LIKE MOTOR OIL AND IT DOES NOT DRY THE DISHES. DO NOT BUY THIS !!!!

This is the worst dishwasher, but Samsung customer service is even worse. Samsung could not be more unhelpful. Expect to be completely and utterly frustrated. After 3 attempts and 2 months later to fix it, it lasted 9 months & broke again. Oh, and now it's out of warranty, so in order to fix it, we have to pay $300. What a waste of $700 for this horrible appliance. I will never buy Samsung again.

I agree with other reviewer....this dishwasher is awful! My wife has to wash the dishes before loading and they still are not clean. Pot scrubber does not work Pots are just as dirty as they were when they were placed in. Glasses have gritty film on them. I used rinse agents and different detergents. Nothing works. I have even tried only washing four dishes and 4 glasses at a time and still the same results...DO NOT BUY!

Worst dishwasher ever. This thing has never worked right and is now disintegrating under my countertop. I will never buy another Samsung product of any sort EVER. This thing is a crap product. It looks flashy, but is is ZERO quality.

I didn't purchase the best buy extended warranty and now I have to wait a week for Samsung to come to my house (Im hoping only a week). BROKE AFTER 4 MONTHS!! I haven't even finished paying off the financing yet!
