As mentioned in several posts, all of the new energy-efficient units, run a long time and have longer drying times (unless you open the door to release steam right after the wash. Super quiet.

Should have listened, door issues from day one!!

Frst time I noticed it open I thought someone just failed to shut the door. Now it pops open after EVERY wash. At least it waits until the cycle is done so no leaking for us at least. Best buy allowed us to return it and the process was seamless (after 2 phonecalls and 45 mins). My fault, I didn't listen to you all and I should have. I LOVE my Samsung refrigerator but just to be picky here, because I can, the dishwasher that goes with this line has a different finish than the fridge, which is not clear in photos but is clear in our kitchen. Glad we are getting rid of it.

The bottom one, the dish supports are too close together. There are two rows I guess meant for shallow bowels or flat plates with an open space in between. The top rack ends up being crowded.
