Installer put it and ut immediately showed a fault for water leak. No leaks detected. Called Samsung service who came out a week later. Ut was diagnosed as a bad controller and bad pump. Waited 2 weeks for parts and scheduling. Upon arrival,the same technicians found that all the components underneath were broken off like it had been dropped from a significant height. Still waiting to get it fixed or replaced. Its been installed for over a month and has never run once. Very discouraged and disappointed.

Then it broke for no reason. I've been without a dishwasher now for over 3 weeks. Customer service is just aweful. They've sent two different repair techs and neither of them did anything. I keep calling and they say it is escalated and someone will call me back. They don't call. So I call back. This is unacceptable. We had issues with our Samsung fridge and we vowed not to buy Samsung appliances again, but they just look so good, its hard to resist. Well, we won't ever do it again. Thanks for nothing but headaches Samsung.
