Worst customer service Best Buy.

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I made a purchase. 6 months ago of a large amount and I realized that I did not enter into a payment plan and they could never help me after calling them again and again, which generated a very high interest to the point that after paying almost half according to my calculations, I do not pay more than a quarter of the purchase, I am very displeased, it is the request service because even called and asking for help I do not fall asleep for a good solution.

New unit, doesn't work, poor Best Buy customer svc

Unit is not working properly: doesn't drain / the drain motor is not kicking on. Spent about three hours between waiting on Best Buy hold, talking to their rep; being advised to contact Samsung; going through all the hoops in order to have a service tech come out and repair a brand new unit. Bad customer service on Best Buy once again.

Moms should have had a top rack for silverware. The one I received did not—- the door pops open after a wash???? And it does not dry my dishes . I have to take them out and let them air day

All involved were very unhappy with Samsung. Went with Lowes and had new unit install in two days. And it took three more days before Samsung was picked up for return. Disappointing

Pros: they got rid of the motorized spray arm on the bottom. Overall I would suggest people to go with a different dishwasher, the utensil rack makes a huge difference and is worth a bit more money. The delivery was also a month late.

Samsung Junk! Stay away!!!!

Missing parts, only option is to return

Which means paying a plumber to come disconnect the old one and reconnect the new one. Super cool and convenient! We’ve already been without a dishwasher for a month so the thought of doing another month of this is awful.

Poor Communication and costumer service.

It took a month and 8 scheduling dates to deliver. When item was sold to me i purchased installation. Continues delays with multiple rescheduling for this item. Finally after delivering I was told that installation will cost me additional 600$
