New Dishwasher with bad motherboard

We couldn't even run our first load, error message after error message--communication issues. It takes time to schedule a company to come out to check it out and then it takes another week to order parts.

I got a lot of run around about delivery and finally had to cancel order 9 days ago and still don’t the refund on my credit card. It appeared on my card the minute I ordered it but they can’t seem to credit my card now.

Samsung also has a smart app that can be used on all samsung wifi appliances. My dishes are cleaner and yhis machine is quiet. The price was also very good for all that this dishwaher offers.

This dishwasher has given no issues and it’s so beautiful. Doesn’t show fingerprints. The washing time is a bit long but it’s ok. The sound is…. There’s pretty much no sound lol
