Easy install. Washes dishes great and gets off stuck on stuff. No issues after a month of owning. It’s one of the best upgrades I have ever made.

Samsung is amazing when it comes to appliances. This dishwasher has given no issues and it’s so beautiful. Doesn’t show fingerprints. The washing time is a bit long but it’s ok. The sound is…. There’s pretty much no sound lol

Machine is in order and it was delivered correctly. Negative point is that it comes incomplete, you need to buy the power cable and the hoses got additionally 30+ dollars.

I have a Samsung range and refrigerator as well. This is by far the most disappointing of the three. It smells musky after every wash, even though we wash on sanitize and pre rinse our dishes .

DO NOT BUY IT! SAMSUNG SUCKS. Read all the reviews on Reddit. Don't be fooled by the "incentivized" reviews. My dishwasher worked for 3 months and now it's sitting in my garage and I had to replace it. Samsung repair came out like 3-4 times to repair. Each time they gave me a different lame excuse about why it didn't work and hightailed it out of here. Now I'm filing in small claims. Buy LG, Meile, anything but Samsung.

Dishwasher stopped draining about 8 months in. Samsung sent someone out to fix it and it has never worked properly again. Samsung refuses to send someone back out and keeps cancelling the tickets that get opened when I call to follow up on the issue. My warranty is almost out now. I was asked to submit videos, which I did at least three different times and was told by each technician that they received them and were able to watch them and would get it escalated because clearly it’s not working properly. When I call back to check on the ticket, I’m told it was closed and now the new person would escalate it and get it taken care of and this has happened about five different times. I called Best Buy to try to help and they tell me there is nothing they can do. I’m stuck with a dishwasher that didn’t even work for a year. I will never buy another product again and I will most certainly never buy from Best Buy either. My recommendation to you would be to find a different appliance brand and buy it somewhere else.

Buyer BEWARE: This product is made with cheap parts such as the legs of the dishwasher, which are impossible to turn so I had to use shims. In addition, if you have a quartz or stone countertop you have to buy additional side brackets to mount to cabinet. I received this dishwasher this morning and will use it this evening but will write a review on the function of the dishwasher after a few uses.
