Bought this for my son for his first house. They love it. Said it has lots of room and was ready to use quickly after it was delivered. It matches the other new appliances in their house, all stainless steel.

Reviews on this product were mixed & we hesitated to buy this model. Unfortunatley the model I really wanted was not available. So far it works well, hopefully I do not have to eat my words & join the other unhappy customers which experience on going icemaker issues. Seems the manufacturers fill a need for french door style fridges which does not appeal to me in the least, this limits the choices for other styles. Size, works, price was terrific, looks good & works well. The drip tray was designed with little or no thought to it's function. Water drips down the front of the fridge door, even if it only has 2 drops of water. Being it is stainless steel, every small mark shows.

interior space is great, lighting is a bit too "fluorescent". Ice dispenser tends to get jammed up

First fridge delivered with ice maker not working. Best Buy worked to solve issue and delivered a new fridge a week later. From what I hear, ice makers have tendency to be unreliable but Best Buy Support was at our side.

Overall, we have been happy with this fridge. It's a little on the noisy side, but we've gotten used to it. I am a little disappointed with the ice maker and capacity of the ice bin. Takes awhile to make ice, and if you don't watch it, it runs out pretty quick. We are a family of four, so I don't think we use it too excessively. I do think for the money we paid for it (1099), we got a good deal.

Very nice fridge at a great price. Would recommend it, but having issues with the ice dispenser. I have a firend who also has a new Samsung fridge and they have same issue. It's slow to respond and decides on it's own if it wants to give crushed or cubed.

This is an excellent refrigerator, especially for the price. Picked it up on sale in July and haven't had any issues. The shelves are very high quality and the bins are deep and spacious. Most side by side fridges have limited freezer space, but with the ice/water unit built onto the door, there is plenty of room in the freezer. The features on the door panel are excellent. The built in water filter is also a nice bonus! I highly recommend this fridge to anyone.

I choose this product because all my items at home are from the same branch, also I totally like the space and this product is easy to use.

I like the controls for dispensing ice and water. temperatures recorded for both the freezer and refrigerator. Lighting makes items easier to locate. Because I am short , the roll out shelves allows me to reach those items on the back of the shelf. The two storage compartments in the freezer allows me to store small items that become easily misplaced.

BB delivery was great and installers were great. No fuss no muss. Water dispenser dripped till I drained 2 gallons out then stopped. Its been a month and so far so good.

Difficult to get just several Ice cubes at a time - seems that we either get one or two (which isn't easy to do) or at least six. Otherwise everything works as it should, and it's easy to locate things on both sides..

Very happy with my refrigerator. It is beautiful, has great quality, and was a great price. The delivery team from Best Buy went above and beyond to deliver this refrigerator without doing any damage through a very tight doorway.

Very quiet operation, makes ice quickly, energy efficient, looks awesome when its cleaned, doesn't show finger prints too bad

Bought all new appliancs on a whim..such a great deal at Best Buy for combo deals. I love all of the new appliances, especially the refrigerator. My 6 yr old loves to get her own water and ice. The capacity in the fridge section is incredible. The freezer section is much bigger then our old fridge. 3 lrge drawers as kept everything organized! The door holds all of our quick grab items and everything is kept cold. I love setting the temperature for each section.

I've only had this fridge a month now, but I am very pleased with it so far. It is nice looking, the doors and drawers open and close well. There is a space or shelf for everything I need to put it in, and the inside lighting is both appropriate and pleasant on the eye. I also like that this model does not look overwhelming in my kitchen and only sticks out past the counters a reasonable amount compared to other fridges that stick out way to far to look good.

I'm very happy with this purchase so far. It's a little noisy which took some getting used too. Keeps food equally cold in fridge on all shelves. Lighting is good and i love the appearance.

I love our new fridge but it does have a few annoying factors like the ice maker not being the best but the pros are more than the cons. Overall is a great product. I would buy it again.

It is quiet and have all features what we need. Based on our budget, this product is fit for us with Competitive cost to performance ratio

I needed a side by side as my husband is disabled and this one gave me an extra bin and shelf in the freezer that he could easily reach.

I will NEVER own another Samsung product!! After 4 months the ice maker broke and then water started leaking. So I called Geek Squad and they said to come in and exchange. When I got to the store I was told that wasnt how it worked, I had to call Samsung and get an RA from them first. Best Buy crew was AWESOME I must admit in the whole process. During my TWO WEEKS of fighting with Samsung I encountered reps at Samsung telling me I was no longer under warranty even though I had my receipt faxed twice, emailed three times, and had a manager of Best Buy call them. Then I had to go thru 4 repair contracters tell me I was out of their service coverage and Samsung kept saying "well lets try this place" FINALLY they gave me the RA number needed. So Best Buy orders a new one and comes to deliver.. there is a problem with the cord that plugs into the wall,.. it was cut off.. I was so frustrated by this time that I washed my hands of Samsung and chose a different brand. The ONLY nice thing about this was the LED lights.. everything else sucked.. the bins were flimsy, obviously the ice maker had issues but when it did work it shot ice out at you. I cant stress this enough.. DONT BUY SAMSUNG! If I could rate it a 0, I would!
