    This refrigerator was more than I could have imagined. The extra ice makers are such a nice option to have. The freezer space a bit smaller but, for our family, we don’t see much of an issue. It looks so fancy!

    This refrigerator was delivered April 30th and stopped working on May 16th. We contacted Samsung and they refused to help. Fortunately Best Buy is coming out, but I am so sorry I bought this. All of our food is bad and it is less than 3 weeks old. What was most disappointing is Samsungs lack of accountability. You can see the bag of ice is full of water and all food is defrosted.

    This refrigerator works great. Has great Wi-Fi and options. Would like to see a larger drawer for the freezer in depth. Left door seal on the French door could be a little bit stronger. Otherwise this is a pretty good refrigerator hopefully will last a lot longer than my last one.

    I thought this would be a perfect fit to my house. which is but the two layer that we have on this for deep freeze. There, you cannot adjust the temperature. and the upper layer wont be sufficient to keep food stuff. Other than that this is good.

    We purchased this refrigerator a month ago and are extremely happy with it so far. The freezer space can be a bit cramped if you are not organizing it properly, but it holds temp very well. The refrigerator space is awesome once I set my shelves to our needs. When running, the appliance is extremely quiet. The water filter is great and the ice tastes fresh. With a $100 a year addition to your electric bill, you cant beat this thing. We did go with the counter depth and stainless steel version. Happy customer here.

    Our Second Samsung Fridge

    While we like the refrigerator itself, there was a dent in the bottom freezer door drawer. This was a purchase to replace our 14 year old Samsung....hope this one lasts as long

    I enjoy the broader not quite as deep, counter depth of this Samsung refrigerator. I also enjoy the efficiency in which it operates. Less than $100 a year, four types of ice, and the filtration for water is superb. I had a plumber come install a tea in my line and a professional connection in the wall, after that everything has been perfect. Enjoy the alarm on the door. We left one day and The refrigerator was not closed and it dinged my phone and I went back and closed it. Thank you Samsung! Excellence!

    Highly recommended refrigerator. The three different types of ice is over the top, but I love the space and layout of the fridge. Only quibble is that the open door alarm should be louder (I do get a notification on my smartphone app).

    The fridge itself looks very nice and the shelving is good. However, the ice making was very slow from day one and failed to keep up with demand of 2 users. After a year the ice makers stopped completely and it lost temp control. Samsung said as it was a few days out of warranty they could not do thing for free and we would have to pay for a repair tech to come up. Luckily, we purchased the geek squad protection and after a very long time on the phone and a few call backs got a repair tech out to repair the unit. The unit has a freon leak and we were told that it would cost more to fix than it is worth. We have been offered and exchange. Overall I would say that this unit is absolutely a waste of money and we shall look at another brand. I will say that the protection plan ended up being worth the money as we would have been out the entire cost of the unit.

    We have only had the unit for 2 weeks but so far so good. Love all the ice options and the seperate freezer space makes organizing much easier.

    DO NOT PURCHASE THIS FRIDGE OR THE Samsung - 26 cu. ft. French Door Counter Depth Smart Refrigerator with Four Types of Ice - Stainless Steel I will tell you for the simple reason is that it easily captures spills within the vinyl that seals and protects ends of shelves and they are UNREMOVABLE so that means YOU CANNOT CLEAN THEM! I originally purchased the Samsung - 26 cu. ft. French Door Counter Depth Smart Refrigerator with Four Types of Ice - Stainless Steel and got NO SUPPORT from Samsung and was told I had to PAY to have a Tech come out and disassemble the fridge to clean it. The fridge isn't cheap so not that I even wanted them to clean it but allow me to be able to or show me how. There is no how! I got this one now and have the same issue. Got geek squad protection this time around because I was told had I had it the first time it would have been covered and I am encountering the same issue. I would have kept this one which I liked more due to the four door feature. Stay away unless you are okay with having a dirty fridge forever!

    Having the freezer separated into 2 drawers wastes valuable space. There is not enough freezer space for a normal amount of freezer items for a small family of 2 people. I will have to buy a small stand alone freezer chest.

    Love the different styles of ice and this counter depth fridge has more room than our previous standard depth fridge. Still getting used to smaller freezer space, but like having separate drawers. No complaints at this point.
