I started having problems with the freezer after a year. Freezer frosts up and prevents ice from being made, compartment gets frozen shut. I have gone from chiseling it to now using a blow dryer to defrost it. This is happening about every 2 weeks. Now its not making ice at all, even though it's defrosted. This is the second Samsung fridge I've had problems with. WILL NOT buy Samsung appliances any more. I've currently been on hold to make appt with geek squad for 25 minutes. So I'm not too happy with that right now either.

Well, I don’t usually write many reviews, but I feel the need to since I have had a terrible experience with Samsung’s appliances. I’ve already had a leaking dishwasher of theirs which caused $12,000 in damage after one use (they were good in that respect that they covered the cost of the damages). Now after having my refrigerator for just over one year, the ice machine constantly freezes up. I have to use my heat gun to thaw it out and get it working again. I’ve heard horror stories about their washers too. If I could do it over again, I probably would’ve went Whirlpool (that is currently my dishwasher that replaced the Samsung one). That said, I’d warn anyone away from buying their appliances. They look sharp, but they don’t work whatsoever.

I really wasn't really planning on purchasing any new appliances yet, but the recent Samsung sale, along with the bundle discounts & rebates made me reconsider.... I ended up purchasing a complete Kitchen!!!! The refrigerator looks great & performs perfectly. I hope that I'm as happy with all my new Samsumg appliances as I've been with the other Samsung products I currently own...

A very quiet and efficient refrigerator with easy to understand controls

Purchased this after my kitchen remodel and it looks great. It is taking me some getting used to because I had a huge side by side before this but I do love it and so does the family. Fits its purpose nicely.

Great industrial designs makes this fridge sleek and sexy compared to all other brands. Dual cooler makes for the most quite operation. Has all the essentials and engineering need for form and function without the unnecessary functions of the Samsung home hub. I’ve owned this refrigerator for 3 months now and it’s hands down my best purchase for any product ever.

When my refrigerator died, i was looking for white yet again.....decided on the brushed stainless. I love it... good storage capacity and the bottom freezer is well designed. I also did't think i needed ice and water in the door, but i use it all the time. The stainless steel takes more care, but well worth it for the great look of this refrigerator!

So far so good. We've only had the fridge for about 4 weeks but it works great. It's very easy to set up. The ice maker and water dispenser work well. It has great capacity compared to our previous one and actually sets right against the wall which helps since we have shallow cabinets. The stainless matched well against our other Kitchenaid appliances.

Love my new fridge! Shows no finger prints! Easy to keep door clean with no streaks love the door shelves with unique spaces for small stuff. Like herb paste tubes. I also like the freezer on bottom. Easy to organize my food and see everything

I am absolutely in love with my new Samsung Refrigerator. It is sleek in style and refrigerates my groceries well. I love the French doors and bottom drawer freezer. There is plenty of space and easy to keep clean. I would recommend to all of my friends and family.

I bought a refrigerator about a month ago and when I opened the box, it had a dent.I complained to the manager and he order the wrong part. Had to make a special trip to the store to bring the part. Currently I'm still waiting for the right part. Not happy.

This is a beautiful refrigerator. I did a lot of research first. I am in love with the black stainless. It looks fantastic! Best Buy gave a fantastic deal for my whole set. I was shocked. I highly recommend.

This black stainless steel refrigerator is awesome! I was nervous on doing online ordering But it turned out to be a great purchase and exactly what I expected:)

The fridge is bigger than my older one. I love the freezer at the bottom. It make ice fast. The measurements are precise. Give yourself a little more room than they suggest

Terrible product and terrible support...ice maker started freezing up right after the year warranty was up ...no help from Best Buy and no help from Samsung even though this is a know issue... just google it and you will find complaint after complaint about these refrigerators...if I could give it a zero I absolutely would! 1600 down the drain!!

I really like the refrigerator. Good quality, great price point compared to competitors. I have had it over a year with no issue.
