After a two month wait, the refrigerator was installed by Best Buy in December 2021. By July 2022 it was leaking...FROM THE TOP exterior part of the refrigerator. We had to wait several weeks for Samsung to have a repair person visit. They removed the upper panel from the TOP of the refrigerator and water was coming out of a hole that also had wires coming out of it. They said it was not repairable. We keep the icemaker turned off to keep water from dripping off of the top and down the side of the fridge. It's the end of August and Samsung has notified us that Best Buy will be calling us (within 14 business days) to exchange the defective fridge for the exact same model, IF it can be found. If not, we are supposed to receive store credit for the amount that we spent on the original purchase. (Samsung wants the defective refrigerator back.)

Great refrigerator. Only issue was the the installers didn’t remove all of the clear plastic protection. Took a couple hours to get it out of the corners, but is a great buy.

Smaller French Door refrigerator but it has a lot of room inside. A lot of shelves and storage bins. Very quiet and good looking. Well worth the price.

Love my new fridge! It’s beautiful in my newly remodeled kitchen. It keeps everything fresh and cold. I love the ice and water features and the middle drawer is so versatile.

I love my new Samsung 25 cu. ft. refrigerator. It's luxurious and energy efficient. It's perfect for my needs. I never see finger prints on it and it's very spacious.

This fridge checked all our boxes. Great price, expert delivery and setup, real happy. Only downside, although small, is that the ice dispenses rather slow.

I love our new refrigerator. It’s quiet , let’s you know if the door is ajar. Lots of room and fingerprint resistant. Bought stove and dishwasher too .

Like the refrigerator, especially the drawer for drinks and snacks. Don’t have to open the refrigerator this way

Best Buy has always been a great place to hop for the big and smallwr items. When i moved to my new home, they made ut so easy to purchase the exact appliances i wanted that also fit the specifications of my kitchen at a great prive. The tram was helpful, knowledgeable, and very understanding of my personal situation with delivery and even ensured that the original salesperson received the commission credit. Love you guys! Oh and did I mention that I love my new fridge!

I'm not rating this as 5 stars because it's the best fridge out there but because it's the only 4 door fridge that comes in at 32 3/4" wide and is 25 cu ft. This is my second one. The previous one netted me 11 years which I heard is pretty good for a fridge these days. So until I redo my kitchen and make the opening between the wall and the cabinets more than 35" I'll keep resorting to this fridge until it isn't available anymore. Hopefully 11 years or more down the road.

Great looking and the function controls are convenient, what really sold us was the middle drawer and it's features.

I love this fridge, just wish the ice maker was bigger and faster popping out the ice.

Sleek with plenty of room inside. This refrigerator has a unique and beautiful temperature/ water panel in the front compared to the other models, which I really like. I haven’t seen this exact model demoed in stores, so it makes me feel like I have an exclusive product. The flex fridge is a cool feature that keeps our drinks at the perfect temperature. Overall, I have been very satisfied with this purchase.

Really happy with this refrigerator. Plenty of room. Bright enough to see everywhere. It’s not very noisy.

The refrigerator is great!! I absolutely love it!! It has so much more room than my old one!!

So far this fridge is great. Barely fit in the spot we needed but we made it work. Glad the water and ice work great, wish I had known it would take 6 plus hours for the first round of ice, but it's working great. That being said, the nifty snack drawer was told to us that it could be used as another freezer drawer, that is not the case. Very upsetting we can't do that.

Great fridge. Beautiful and functional. Samsung has always been good to me and this fridge is so exception.

Have only had it running for 3 days so I cannot say much about it. But we like the seperate deli/wine drawer, no need to keep opening fridge area for those. A lot of the negative reviews I have seen have been on the ice maker but so far no issues with ours. We like the bright LEDs, they make everything easy to see and find. I only gave it 4 stars because we haven't had it long enough.
