When i bought a new Samsung Galaxy Watch 6, i discovered that it did not come with a charger and that the old charger i used for my older Samsung watch was not compatible with the new watches charging disk. So i found a good deal at Best Buy on this white Samsung branded charger that is compatible with my new charging disk. The watch may not actually use all 25 watts available but the charger does a great job of charging my watch and does so quicker than my older charger did on my older watch. Since this charger offers 25vwatts, it is also compatible with some Samsung phone models. Im well pleased with my new charger.

After doing research and looking at the charging circuitry inside my Samsung S22+, this is the charger suggested by Samsung that is specific for the S22 phone battery and charge limiting circuitry. It is a fast charge, which might scare people but it matches and performs based on the circuitry in the phone and in the charger. My experience is that it charges your phone in a reasonable amount of time, like from 20 to 30 some minutes, much faster than using the old charger from a Samsung S7, which is still being sold as a slower charger for even the S22 and S22+. SO THE CHARGER WILL STOP CHARGING WHEN THE BATTERY REACHES 100%. It actually slows down as it approaches 100%, partially because the more charged the battery, the more push is needed to charge it at the same amperage. So my experience is that it cools down and then goes cold when it gets to 100%. So I don't see any overheat issues, even though this is a fast charge, it seems to be intelligent enough not to push too high of a current. If your phone is 60 or 70% and you are going out and need your phone to be 100%, it only takes about 20 minutes to charge to 100%. I bought one for my wife also.

Well, let's face it, companies are becoming cheaper and cheaper and including less necessary items with their products. Sorry, but a way to charge your device from a wall outlet is not an "extra," despite what Samsung would like you to believe. So, we're left with no choice but to buy items like charging blocks separately. This one is genuine Samsung (as opposed to some gibberish-name third-party junk), available at a good price and super-fast charging to boot! Since you have to buy a charger anyway, just buy this one and be done with it.
