I talked to their customer service and they didn't care at all. Don't fall for their pop up online countdown offers. They will not honor it.

Unbelievably hot. So I use it sparingly. And always keep an eye on it. Would not recommend.

It works but cable has smaller size USB port doesnt fit car slot or standard size openings. I returned it.
