Absolutely love my fridge most amazing deal I got on it and it’s so beautiful

We’ve had mixed experiences with this refrigerator. Functionally, it works well and meets our needs. However, as with any appliance that includes a built-in screen, cleaning it can be a hassle — you constantly have to wipe it down, and it easily collects fingerprints and smudges. Our first unit arrived with visible scratches, but to the company’s credit, they replaced it promptly without any issues. Unfortunately, the second unit had problems with the voice assistant (Bixby), which wasn’t properly connected. A technician came out and advised us to request another replacement, since fixing the screen would require disassembling it and could lead to more scratches. The third unit seems to be working fine so far, but we still have concerns. For a brand-new appliance to already have issues with the voice assistant or software updates is a bit worrying. And the repeated process of having to remove all food, wait for replacement, and reinstall everything is not something we’d want to go through again. Overall, while the refrigerator performs well, the experience has been frustrating. We hope this last unit holds up without further complications.

Great storage, not super wide in the fridge but deep. The spacing of the shelves feels like a great balance of storage while not making it so deep that you loose your stuff. Screen is pretty cool, the speaker on it is great. Uploading photos is more difficult with apple products, but still works. The screen has glitched out once or twice but there is a reset switch that fixed it

Its a really nice fridge. I like the camera and the touch screen. I wish it was Google-based. I also wish i could adjust the shelfs they have one location and thats what you get. The temp in the app doesn't seem to be changing the temp in the fridge. I put a thermometer inside and either my thermometer's way off or the temperatures are off. My gauge is reading like 20 below and the freezer set to zero The fridge side is set to 34 which is the lowest setting and it's showing 10°. So I'm thinking either my gauges off or the temp is not exactly what it says it is. I wish it had enough capacity to be able to play movies that I purchase in my YouTube app. That would be kind of neat to be able to listen to a movie while you work. But I do love the music feature. It works amazing. The fact that it has GrubHub and all those things built into it will be really super convenient for people that like to order out. You can order groceries right from your refrigerator. You can glance into two shelves in your refrigerator just to not the top one but the second one and third one down from the top. That's kind of neat. The freezer shelving is nice. They built in the spacing around the outside so that you can't over stuff it. But I'm sure somebody will find a way. I used to be a service technician for a&e appliance services. Samsung products were the least worked on of any product that I saw. All my appliances except for my dishwasher are Samsung. Bottom line overall I looked at all the machines that were out there and this is the one I chose. I like it. It's going to work well. It looks good. Does not make a sound except for when I tell it to play music hahaha

This refrigerator is beautiful and very easy to program. Best feature it had the ring camera app and you can see when someone is at the door and answer them when you are busy cooking

Refrigerator Review I’ve been using the Samsung Family Hub Refrigerator for a few months, and it’s fantastic! The touchscreen on the door is super helpful for making grocery lists, displaying recipes, and even playing music while I cook. The interior is spacious and well-organized, keeping everything cool and fresh. It’s quiet, energy-efficient, and looks sleek in my kitchen. The built-in ice maker and water dispenser work flawlessly, too. Overall, it’s a bit of a splurge, but totally worth it for the convenience and features. Highly recommend!

The refrigerator work very good and the screen work excellent

Very nice with LED lighting, its actual deeper than I expected. I enjoy the touchscreen, but it doesn't utilize the whole screen whrn watching movies butits bern great n easy to connect to my home network. My biggest con is that it doesn't have a drain where the ice maker/ water dispenser at...and its not fingerprint friendly like described

Great looking fridge with quite a bit of room for any and all of your groceries. Having a screen on your fridge is a bit of a gimmick but it is nice to be able to have Pandora playing while we cook. Only downfalls we've had with this fridge are; the screen seems to be a bit unresponsive at times and doesn't detect our finger inputs that well, and when getting ice it takes a couple of seconds before ice cubes actually come out, and lastly there is no light for the water and ice dispenser which is something small but very nice to have in the middle of the night.

I just love love love this refrigerator, two sides of the doos open specially .... and room inside the refrigerator is also very roomy, my size of the refrigerator is 26 cubic feet and off course family hub is awesome eeeeeee.

I love this refrigerator! I use the screen much more than I thought I would. And the refrigerator is very spacious.

Great Fridge! Only one complaint, shelves are not adjustable..will not fit box wine setting straight up. The tablet is wonderful. Everybody can have their information on the calendar and you can ask Alexa any questions you want. Play music, recipes, general information. Having the tablet on the refrigerator is really terrific.

This item are excellent a lot of space very comfortable. Very recommend.

I love and hate this fridge. The screen and technology on board is amazing. It’s a big fridge with lots of space. But the ice maker is REALLY small and takes forever to make ice. It’s so bad that I’ve reached the point of regretting this purchase.
