I'm love it! Enough space for keep veggies and fruits. It seemed smaller than really is. I love the screen for listening music, see there my pictures, find recipes, see my calendar, etc. So far, I have been enjoying it a lot. Totally recommend it.

Love the fridge & the smart features. You’re able to listen to music, ask questions etc all while in the kitchen keeping things clean & hands free. The only thing i would want to change would be the stationary shelves - i miss being able to change the height.

The installation was quick even though it required removal of the house front door. I prepared the pathway route in advanced. The refrigerator is working great.

Love love love don't think just buy it. Great lighting and space. Let's not forget the Awesome touch screen definitely a eye turner every time someone comes to my house. Water and Ice works perfect. Definitely recommend 5stars for me

Gotta admit, this fridge caught my attention the second it crossed my path, and I kept saying, I’m gonna get you, week later I purchased it y patiently waited for it to get delivered, I love it, my grandkids are enjoying it as well leaving surprised special notes on the screen, and seeing my sunsets on the screen is what gets me, thanks to BestBuy and staff members, family and I are enjoying our Samsung fridge

We have never bought an Open Box item from an outlet store before, but we had to because of this refrigerator's instant availability. That being said, we picked the 'excellent like new' option, assuming it would be as good as new. However, once we brought the open-box refrigerator home, we found out that the water dispenser wasn't working, the light at the dispenser wasn't working, there were several dents on the stainless steel finish, and a shelf in the freezer was missing. That is a whole lot of defects to be categorized under 'excellent' condition. We had to buy the Geek Squad 5-year insurance instead of returning it (which is a huge hassle). The lesson here is DO NOT trust their rating, I doubt they check everything in detail. I will be calling the outlet store to ask for a store credit.

Smart fridge is cool. Love streaming our vacation photos on it, listening to music, or even watching TV while cooling. Alexa works and everthing. Plenty of space.

Love the features. Cools and freezes very well. Software updates every couple weeks. Some apps don’t perform well. Randomly loses connectivity to the smart things app, must cycle WiFi. Screen sometimes glitches out and must hard reset the tablet.

Oh yes, I absolutely love, LOVE my refrigerator. This was the best purchase I’ve actually made. It’s spacious, quiet, and it makes my kitchen pop.

We like it very much for the fancy screen it is outdated but we needed a fridge anyways. It will give me recipes for what's in the fridge

5/5 stars for sure. Not only is the fridge itself working amazing but having all the apps available on it has been extremely handy for the family. Plus the benefit of having spotify streaming while doing chores has been really fun and rhe speakers sound amazing for being on a refrigerator. Plus the "wow" factor always is a bonus too.

Love the refrigerator enough space to organize groceries and a pantry. The freezer side has enough space as well. Touch screen and lets you view the inside of the fridge.
