They had to special order another refrigerator-one month wait. Otherwise, a great unit...

Perfect for smaller area

The only drawback that I have is that ice bin is not open for access, all closed in. You have to make ice and store it in freezer. Also it's dentable, had fridge for month and small dent was found. Since we have Geek Squad coverage they can replace door but then there is chance it won't match.

We were limited to a 33" wide refrigerator for our home and that made the choices limited. Samsung has a great reputation so we went with this model. I was guaranteed by the sales staff that Samsung fixed the one flaw regarding the ice maker end of last year with all of their models. I had only read reviews but hope for the best. Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped in the final selection but never put on any pressure. This had all the features were were looking for (and the front is magnetic!).. Definitely recommend should you need a 33" model.
