We absolutely loved it for 3 days until it stopped making ice. We had to go through all the troubleshooting steps including the forced defrost to get it to work for another day is so before it stopped making ice again. Should have done more research before buying. Found a site that said this model was the worst rated and there are multiple class action lawsuits against Samsung because of it. Luckily, I was within my refund window so I returned it and got American made.

The right door would not open fully. When that was discovered I called Best Buy's customer service dept and they were awesome. We found this smaller refrigerator that would fit and they set an appointment to replace the first refrigerator. There was a price difference but they matched the first frig's cost. The transaction was seamless, and easy with little difficulty. Great Job Best Buy!

Cavenous storage. Can place oversized items.

A side by side double door was the worst invention of all refrigerators. We regretted buying a FRIGIDAIRE years back. Ice maker leaked and it run like a tank plowing in the house.
